The location was good for our family. The family was friendly, although some confusion regarding our booking occurred. (It took some discussion before it became clear that my sister and I were in the same room.)

Fully equipped kitchen is provided for cook in meals if one is so inclined. Lots of places to buy groceries near by. Location on a working Amish dairy farm is charming and delightful (we are from farm country as well). The lawn and garden around the farm home are lovely. The home is clean and comfortable. Hosts are warm, friendly and helpful. As electric circuits have been installed in this previously non-electric farm home, bringing a couple of extension cords to add some plugs will be convenient for plug dependent visitors.
Free Wifi is available throughout the property and Midwest Museum of American Art is 21 miles away. With direct access to a patio, the air-conditioned vacation home consists of 2 bedrooms.

Location is great, view from the deck is superb. Seating in living room very comfy, kitchen easy to use. Highly recommended.

The second room had a stuffed toliet not used by us.
The last room was nicer, but the window was open when we got inside and the bathroom door was broken

I wrote about this in great detail for the motel's site.
I wrote about this in great detail for the motel's site. Breakfast was the most disappointing. Only "hot" items were toast and make-your-own waffle. No: fruit (none fresh or canned), yogurt, bagels, muffins, breakfast rolls, donuts, eggs of any kind, sausage/bacon, etc. There were 2 kinds of cold cereal. There were 2 fruit juices -- the oj was a cheap bottled kind. I let the water run for 5-10 minutes and finally took a cool shower. My husband took one after me and said the water finally got hot for him. I removed the "Do Not Disturb" sign off the door knob when we left Sunday morning. When we returned later in the afternoon -- our room had not been serviced. When we first arrived, the room was clean and recently painted with recent carpet. The towels were large, clean -- very white-- fluffy.
Breakfast was as expected but the hotel kindly started it a half hour early to meet the schedule of the volleyball players that were is a local tournament. This was so appreciated.
We left a few items in our room and they actually called me to let me know. This was awesome customer service!
We didn't do breakfast. My cousin whom we came to see was doing a concert at the Blue Gate. He had tickets for breakfast at his hotel, so we joined him. We were in town less than 24 hours, so we got ready, slept and left the hotel in the a.m.
This hotel was filthy. Windows with broken screens, and animals in the windows. People living there and the lobby rugs were filthy. This was so disappointing but no where else had a room available. I would NEVER stay there again.
We love that the Holiday Inn Express is pet friendly. We stay here several times a year when we visit my in-laws. The location is good and the area is safe. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly.
This appeared to be an older motel although it was kept decently. The price was a bit high, because of its location near Shipshewana. Normally, it should not have cost as much money as it did.
