Honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The staff at check-in were super friendly, and the location is amazing, right next to the main train station and close to all the attractions. The hotel feels very modern and luxurious, almost like a 5-star hotel. My room was spotless, stylish, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. I also loved the mountain view and the AC was nice and cold! The gym was great and very clean too. I really loved my stay here and would definitely come back.

The staff was extremely kind and helpful, especially the one in the reception desk. I had the most wonderful stay.

The room was nicely decorated and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We had a kettle and a coffee machine. The room had a lovely mountain view. It looked and felt new. We totally recommend!

Large and clean room: even though it was a quad room, it was spacious enough not to feel closed in. Breakfast was abundant and good. The hotel restaurant had a good selection of food, at decent prices, and large portions - you never leave hungry. The staff were friendly and helpful. Top marks especially go to (we learnt later) the owners' daughter at reception. She was super helpful, explaining everything, from attractions, to the welcome card, bus routes and more. Her friendliness, enthusiasm and perfect English are truly superb assets for this historic hotel. The hotel is situated within 25 minutes' easy walk from the old city centre, or a quick bus ride away (free with the welcome card), with the bus stops right behind the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was excellent and very convenient. The room was spacious, and the bed was incredibly large and extremely comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality products. I also loved the view, especially from the balcony—it was beautiful and very relaxing. What made the experience even more special was the staff. They were exceptionally warm, kind, and attentive, always making sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

- Communication was quick and clear - Facilities clean and newish - Kitchen is very small, especially the sink, but livable for sure. You know where you go as you book, so even if we were cooking quite a bit, we found our way in the kitchen - The best thing in that appartment was A/C as it was 36-37 degrees outside on some days.

The views and the room were too good and huge highly satisfied with the rooms and nice staff ☺️

I loved every second of the stay. Beds are comfy, bath tab is good size. The design is cute. The room even had a balcony which was additional plus. On top of the building is sauna with an amazing view. May different sauna options as well as a rest space. The Breakfast was decent. I liked it all.

The breakfast is excellent, with a lot of variety. Rooms very spacious and comfortable beds and pillows. Fitness centre nice and clean. Location is excellent and very accesible. 10 min walk from the train station.

Amazing location in the best part of Innsbruck! Everything from buses to shops, to restaurants is at your doorstep less than a minute or two walk. The host was easy to extremely easy to work with and so kind. The space was clean and simple with absolutely everything you need.
