Accommodations in Banya

What did I like? The rooms, bathrooms, and showers were spotlessly clean. Everything felt fresh to us. The pool was crystal clear and pleasantly warm. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone who values cleanliness, friendly staff, and quiet surroundings. Many thanks to the entire team.

Одлична цена! Собата беше голема и удобна. Базенот беше топол и чист. Младиот господин на рецепција беше многу љубезен.

Everything is great, we are very satisfied

Delicious food and special way of serving!

Everything was exeptional. The apartment was big, sunny, clean and fully equipped. Wifi connection was stable and fast. The staff was kind and polite The spa is small, but enough for relaxation.

Exceptional little place! We booked one 2 bedroom house and one double room and we are so happy with our stay! Everything is cozy and the mineral pool is perfect!

We had an amazing experience staying in two adjacent villas, both of which were pristine and well-maintained. The breakfast was truly delightful, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish. Potential guests should note there is currently a construction site nearby; however, it didn't disturb our stay. My only long-term concern is that once the construction is complete, the stunning views of the Pirin Mountains may be partially obstructed for some of the villas.

The hotel architecture and internal design create the WOW effect upon arrival. The all-inclusive concept is implemented so well, and it fits perfectly with the relaxed atmosphere. The quiet music during the day allows for chilling, while the DJ in the evening adds energy and makes it perfect for swimming in the hot mineral water outside. Many pools, saunas, and relaxing areas can accommodate guests without making them feel crowded. The staff is polite, the service exceptional, and the facility maintenance is doing their job in the best possible way. And more, the food's quality and variety are surprisingly outstanding. It is a very high bar to continue to hold. I hope they will...

Tasty food, friendly staff, dogs allowed without weight restrictions on a very acceptable fee

The property was more like a home than a vacation rental. The kitchen is extreme well stocked. The location on the edge of Banya made it quiet with great views of the mountains. The living/dining area is huge. The wooden hot bath was greatly appreciated, especially since the nearby spa hotel did not sell entrance tickets to non guests.

Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, good heating, nice little balcony etc. make this apartment a good option even for longer stays. The location is good. Center is some 15 min away. A large Billa supermarket is 10 min away. Communication with the host was excellent.

The staff was really nice. The brekfast was amazing.

We loved everything! There has been food everywhere, we had access to spa, indoor and outdoor pools, not only in our hotel, but in a different one as well! Everything was even better than expected, thank you!

We booked last minute on the same afternoon and got a spacious, bright room on the top floor — a great surprise. The location is perfect as a base for both skiing in Bansko and visiting the renowned thermal baths in Banya and Bansko

The place was really great. Vania was a wonderful and welcoming host, took care of all my needs, cooked me varied (and big!) breakfasts every day and was also really fun to chat with about Bulgaria and the town! The room was clean, cozy and quite large. Everything I needed.

+Many shuttle bus times to and from hotel to gondola. +Great breakfast +Amazing spa +Super family and kids friendly (games, kids club, kids bath robe and slippers , every evening a small treat in room, indoor heated pool and spa) +Comfortable room with kitchen +One hour later check out +Friendly and efficient cleaning ladies +Pool staff were very nice +Reception also very friendly and service oriented We loved our stay! At first I was worried because it was not so close to gondola but there are so many times available this was not a problem at all . Great restaurants for dinner , we ate dinner at the hotel 2 nights and it was good. I also arranged a birthday cake for my husband through the lobby bar. We had a very memorable stay, 10/10 for all staff. We will recommend our friends and would definitely come back to this hotel when we visit bansko again. Spa, room and hotel general areas are much better in person than in photos which is rare!

Amazing food!!!! Amazing people very friendly
