The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, although we don't speak Portuguese. The colonial building and furnishings were elegant. The breakfast was great with lots of choices. The location in Rio Vermilho was tranquil although just a block from bars, restaurants, and the coast. Great place to relax at the end of the day!

Very close to the airport and easy to get to with a taxi. Very safe and secure apartment complex with a guard. We needed to spend the night before traveling to Praia do Forte the next day and it was just what we needed. We appreciated that check out was at noon and we had ample time to rest in the morning. We had a couple of last minute changes to our trip and our host Valdenice was very accommodating. We appreciated her kindness and her patience. She was also very responsive and was able to help us very quickly. We would definitely stay there again.

I love everything about the apartment! It is impeccable with a full size refrigerator, a well-equipped kitchen, a water filter, a washer, a sunlit enclosed patio, etc. The location is perfect for us to walk to pre-carnaval activities. It is also steps from the beach with gorgeous sunsets. Last but not least, Luiz is such a kind and helpful host. I booked months in advance and had so many questions but he always answered my questions via WhatsApp promptly and professionally. I felt like a nuisance but he was always friendly and helpful. I truly love the apartment and Salvador and hope to return to this beautiful apartment and city!
