Nice location, staff is friendly, specially the General Manager Mr Rui who was very helpful.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The team were friendly and always helpful, which made everything run smoothly. Our room was comfortable and well kept, and we were happy with the quality of the food throughout our visit. There’s a good mix of facilities too, with a pool, spa area, and a games room that kept us entertained. The bar and restaurant were nice places to unwind in the evenings. Overall, a relaxing break and good value.

Walking distance to town centre and beach. Interesting decor. Very comfortable bed, great shower. Helpful, friendly staff especially Rita.

Location was ok but a bit closer to the town centre would have been better. Loved the indoor pool and the cleanliness of the hotel was the best I've seen.

Very comfortable though it needs some uplift in the downstairs area.

Everything was excellent ♥️ Staff very friendly and helpful..especially Luisa,cause she helped me a lot for transport and explained a lot to me to get to the station etc… Breakfast very good and a wide variety to choose from, only 1 thing i expected that at least there will be fried eggs,but never mind on the whole it is a very good hotel and I recommend it a lot. Location perfect, although i had a leg injury and had to climb up the hill, but never mind accidents happen.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful! The room was huge and had the nicest view. The food at the restaurant was amazing and the bar was lovely! The BIC is literally across the road which is the reason we booked this hotel but I cant wait to stay again.

Extraordinary central location. Calm at a dead end. In short distance to any place within the city.

Flat was clean tirdy .like kitchen and bathroom and bedroom

Spotless flat and finished to high standard. I m a builder by trade-so I know a great standard when I see one Close to shops and high street , and we found parking easy on front of the building Highly recomended

Very close to the town centre and also 3 minutes away from the beach!!
