The guy who was there most of the time was very friendly, helped me with my bags and got up for me at 5am in the morning when I left and helped me with my bag again. Very helpful :)

Our room was cozy, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The location was also very convenient, and the overall atmosphere made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the great service and attention to detail. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant experience!

Nice and comfortable combination between old and new.

Fernanda is an amazing host. My friend got sick during our stay and she did everything possible to make sure we are okay and even went to buy medicine for another traveller. We also booked our tour with her for much less than on get your guide. The beds are warm and comfy and the sun terrace is amazing. The location is close to the city center but still in a cozy and quiet area. The kitchen is equipped, there are hot showers and Fernanda ecen helped us to connect with other travellers.

Outstanding in every respect! Our room was especially comfortable; great bed, large bathroom, comfortable seating area (though small). Breakfast was especially good with great selections and service. Juan, who is a combination bellman/greeter/concierge was amazing - kind, helpful, anxious to assist on any way, a top notch representative for the property. Location is just about perfect, too - A short walk to Plaza de Armas, restaurants, and several key tourist sites. We stayed for 4 nights and hope to call there again on a trip to explore Colca Canyon.

I absolutely loved Qema, it is one of the most beautiful hotels in which I stayed, the areas are nice, big, peaceful and well maintained. The staff is kind and helpful. I stayed in a triple room that was spacious and comfortable, my whole experience was amazing in Arequipa✨

Everything! beautiful place, friendly and helpful staff. Loved the rooms (small single beds for 3 people but thats ok). Super comfy, loved breakfast, second proper meal in 5 days here! Coffee is on point.

Outstanding location with a terrace overlooking the stunning Plaza de Armas! Having breakfast there in the morning in the early light of day was a magical experience. The rooms are well-designed and filled with interesting artifacts and flowers. Very good shower! Truly stunning hotel, and one of the few on our long trip around Peru that we enjoyed taking pictures and hanging out in. The terrace was absolutely stunning and well-maintained!

This is my second time at this property it is Very clean and staff was really friendly. They accommodated us when we advised them we would arrive early and have a late check out.

I reserved a Double Room because it is listed having Landmark View. But they gave me room 201 which has no window except a small window at the top of the bathroom. I argued at check in but this is all they had available, seems like a hit or miss game, not what u reserved.

Right next to the Plaza and the biggest Cathedral. Pretty quiet. Nice room and facilities. The included Breakfast was good with fresh juice and bread.
