Accommodations in Phuket

The staff is very professional and helpful. The room is comfortable and clean it got all the amenities you need. The pool is very large and got a nice view on the city. It got a great location near the old town and thalang road.

Lovely place, very quiet and beautiful. Impressed how big was the room on the villa with direct access to the pool, Peaceful area, friendly and helpful staff.

staff are so polite, room was clean, the bedding was amazing! so comfortable, had no issues with sleep because it just hugs you.

Centrally located Many bars and restaurants local highly recommend

Amazing resort, friendly staff everything was perfrct

Everything was well kept and the staff were super sweet! The room was also very big and was a great surprise when we checked into the room! The staff were very nice and very welcoming.

The location, it’s just right at the Old Town street. Though they have the same food for breakfast every day but it was still good. The staff gave us some fruits too that were not served on the table and we really appreciated that. They cleaned our rooms as well so every time we came back from our excursions, we had newly changed bed covers.

Peaceful, beachfront, delicious meals.

i would like to thank cris in reception who did upgrade my stay in big villa with beach front also for free lunch stuff friendly , breakfast good

This hotel is so much more than just an “eat n sleep” place. The room was big and comfortable. Overall, so cozy, clean and pretty (full of plants and flowers). The staff was amazing, they waited for us to check us in even though we arrived super late at night due to a late flight, and we were also able to store our luggage for a couple of days. Would definitely recommend👍🏻

This hotel is just gorgeous, the stuff were amazing It is in a very quiet place but that’s the magic! Very recommended

Staff have great hospitality and amazing welcoming specially Tom and kay. They are so kind and very helpful to make their guest confortable. The villa so big with facilities such tennis table, billiards. Also the place was super safe to stay, the staff clean the villa every day, changing the towels.

The caretaker, the owner and her cat :)

Great fun for singles and groups of friends

position relative to the beach, the kitchen was full of useful objects. The owner has been available and kind. Possibility to rend some snorkels and kayaks at the beach.

The layout of the space was perfect. Beautiful balcony and very spacious living room and bedroom. The washer really came in handy!! The beach is a 2 minute walk and there are plenty of places to grab a bite nearby. I would absolutely stay here again!!

Room was very nice and clean. Location was awesome. Breakfast, we did not get a chance to have breakfast here. Staff at the reception was very nice and helping. They welcomed us with a smile which was there on their face throughout. They were very friendly and cooperative. Internet was quite good too. Never had any issue with WiFi connectivity. I wish we had stayed there longer. Thank you, La Moon.

A2 Pool Resort is conveniently located between the Phuket airport and the city, closed enough to most of the main objectives (for us the most important was Hanuman World). From the airport we took the bus (100 baht) which left us right in front of the hotel (very nice driver). The check in was quick, the room was perfect for our needs (1 night stay for rest and relaxation before going further to Khao Lak), after more then 24 hours of travel/flights. The room was clean and spacious, with a small terrace which had stairs going right into the pool. The pool, exactly as in the pictures, is going through the entire garden which was clean and beautiful. We really enjoyed the privacy, cleanliness and the fact that the place was not crowded which was exactly what we needed.

Front desk people were amazing ... Definitely will stay again, place is great, rooms are great loved it

Beautiful place!!! Top interior design Welcoming staff Great main location!!! We came for one night We stayed 3

It’s so beautiful to be able to hop between a nice pool and the private beach, it was a really nice experience for my family where we just got to relax and enjoy our surroundings. It’s far away from patong and the typical tourist attractions but thats the point! This place is a hidden gem in a hidden location, i definitely am already missing the pool and sea access! Well maintained too, and the staff are lovely 😍

The beds are comfortable, and there is a 24-hours bananas and juice. The location was good for those not seeking proximity to the beach but needing to be near the old town and the harbor (Rassada Pier) for Phi Phi Islands trips. The washer and dryer machine near the pool, with minimal cost, were really helpful

Gorgeous little spot. Quiet even though it's on a main road. Near the Naka market. Clean, comfortable, great pool. Trying to be environmentally conscious. Glass bottles for water which was great.

It was perfect it is centered in the middle of the island so easy to get to everywhere the ac was brilliant and they clean the room everyday the view was amazing

Our first stop was phuket town and we stayed at IBIS Styles Phuket City, lovin this cute, creative hotel… when we arrived, the frontdesk Gift, Ae, Baiifern, Ms Ressie (from the phillipines) were all smiliin & they welcomed us with a womderful friendly assistance… the room is kinda small BUT it doesnt matter still its tolerable.. the brekky was amazin as well as the facilities from gym to pool coz you gonna use and have the access with their facilities by goin to novotel hotel just a few steps away coz its only beside Ibis.. brekky was superb and delicious and i wanna give a special THANK YOU to, Ms Thananrada, Ms Rose and other trainee for surprisin and singin me a HAPPY BIRTHDAY SONG and they gave me a cake with a candle coz it was exactly my birthday… special thank you to Mr Khert as well…definitely I will recommend IBIS Styles phuket to my family and friends if one of your itinerary is goin to the old town.. again thank you to all the staffs..

It was good value for money. Staff was very friendly and supportive. There was a lady named Nani, she guided us well about where to visit and how it can be cost effective. Although it was a peak season but still she always went out of the way and supported us. The place was exceptional.

Loved the location, friendly staff and overall decor of the hotel

Lovely and Cozy place and extremely friendly staff! The staffs alone i would give a 5 star rating

Nice new hotel staff are helpful and friendly

It exceeded my expectations! Clean, spacious rooms, recently renovated… and the location is JUST perfect, lots of nice shops, cafes, restaurants, massages etc nearby. Staff is so kind.

One of the best hostel experiences I’ve had in Phuket. The hostel is incredibly clean, peaceful, and thoughtfully designed. The beds have much more personal space than most hostels, so even staying in a dorm feels comfortable and private. The staff are genuinely kind and welcoming, and the whole atmosphere makes it easy to slow down and relax after a day out. This is not a party hostel — and that’s exactly why I loved it. If you value cleanliness, comfort, good sleep, and a calm vibe while traveling, you’ll probably love this place too.

It was really good place, nice rooms and the staff very nice , while there was not laundry room, there is one very near, there is also a 7 eleven close by
