Hostal América is located 400m away from the bus station and 200m away from the Bernardo O’higgins square. Near the hostel, you can find shopping centers travel agents, handicraft stores, restaurants, etc. I had a very early start so the staff started breakfast an hour before their usual time. The staff were wonderfully accommodating. I had to leave some luggage and they helped with that. The bus station was only 5 minutes walk away. The area is extremely safe.

Absolutely everything was fantastic, with no exception. The room we booked was extremely comfortable and the views were just incredible. Everything was up to perfection. Staff is very helpful and positive. The food and service at the restaurant and the bar were to the top level, very tasty, friendly service, fast preparation of food, etc. Prices though are quite expensive. The design of the hotel is great. Spa and other activities are also great. Although we ended up staying a couple nights here, we would have stayed much longer if we could.

Great location, 2 min walk from corniche and 8 min to the center. When arrived room was cosy and nicely warmed up. The bed is very comfy. Kitchen well equipped so you can make a simple dish. Amenities fully stocked up. Room and bathroom clean.
