A super quiet and comfy accommodation, well-situated just a 2-minute walk from the train station with several bus stops nearby. Our hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, providing us with a wealth of information to make the most of our vacation. As an added bonus, the Kyoto Railway Museum is only a 2-minute walk away.

One of the highlights of our honeymoon! So much better than a hotel. Gorgeous home all to ourselves. Shin greeted us and spent a long time showing us all the amazing amenities and gave us thorough instructions on all the best spots in Kyoto- including some that you wouldn’t otherwise hear about. Gorgeous artwork in the home, very comfortable sleeping accommodations (2 beds). The shower overlooking the garden was so luxurious. There’s even a laundry machine in the suite which was very helpful. Thank you Shin and staff!!

Very nice experience staying at a Japanese house. We have the whole house to ourselves! It was very near to Toji station-there's Lawson just next to it. There is also a bus stop nearby if you want to take the city bus.
6 minutes to Kyoto station and you can find an AEON Mall about 10 mins walking distance. They also provide free coffee besides other usuual facilities.
Check in is at their guess centre but you can leave your luggages there and they will send it to the accommodation for you.

An outstanding property on a small street a short walk from the central station and a smaller subway link to all the main sites of Kyoto (Inari, Gion ect). We where able to walk from the accommodation to a large number of shrines and temples that are must see in the area! The staff couldn’t do enough to ensure our stay was perfect, providing frozen water to help combat the Kyoto summer heat!

Apartment 11 was a great stay for exploring Osaka. Comfortable and clean accommodations. Beds were comfortable and had extra pillows. Bathroom had all the accessories; toilet with bidet, tub & shower, heated bath fan, and self drying shower.
This hotel does not have onsite staff so use of technology is required to retrieve your key and check in.
Would stay again.

This was possibly our favourite place to stay in our entire European/Japanese holiday, and this is in large part due to the absolutely brilliant hosts. From a "welcome tea" on arrival and cut melons each day we got back from doing tourist things, to playing with the dogs, to the super comfy beds, it was all exceptional.
