This was such a fantastic stay! Our host was so responsive, informative, and kind, we felt so taken care of during our whole stay! The view is so gorgeous, and the location is unbeatable. My partner and I commute by walking, and we were able to walk to some gorgeous beaches, parks, snorkeling spots, explore Old San Juan, and eat at many delicious restaurants all within easy walking distance. While some other guests complained about the loud AC, for me, I found the sound at night super soothing and helpful to fall asleep to, and didn't find it too loud during the day either at all.

I loved the location is was walking distance from the festival Sound of Puerto Rico, local restaurants, bars and shops. I loved the view from my balcony. The pool area had an event with a DJ in place one night had an amazing time with drinks available in the bar area as well. Customer service alone was amazing.

San Juan has a lot of activities to do like walking around beautiful and crowded streets full of tourist. hospitality of the parishioners and monks from st francis assisi church were amazing! we were invited to join their christmas carolling where we sung on the streets and eventually went to a big house where we were welcome to socialize, eat and drink their coquito. what an amazing experience of culture!!! we will be back again..

Bayamon is an urban area with all the convenience and facilities that entails: close to shopping, restaurants, highway. It is not a “picturesque” neighbourhood. It is the best quality hotel in the area and I would stay there again.

There’s plenty of places to eat different kind of food.
There’s plenty of places to eat different kind of food. The gas prices were cheaper than other places in the city. Very centric no matter which way you wants to go. You have a variety of bakeries, restaurants like Metropol in Roosevelt area 15 minutes from Levittown, there’s Golden Corral in the Canóvanas area 25-30 minutes from Levittown. Denny’s in Bayamón 15 minutes from Levittown. Also Famous Dave in Carolina 20 minutes without traffic.
Also the shopping malls are near like Plaza Rio Hondo 7 minutes away and also have a food court too.

It was an excellent stay. The room was super clean and neat. The bathroom was inside our bedroom and super comfortable.
Even though our stay was for one night, the owner lets you feel you are at home, she treats you like family. We needed to stay near the hospital for a medical procedure, so the location was great, about 5 min to arrive at the hospital. I recommend 100%. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

There is something for everyone to see and enjoy regardless of age gender or ability. My family enjoyed the festival of lights at Parque de las Ciencias by Toroverde in Bayamón. There are also great restaurants to enjoy on the premises. The at T-Mobile district and the Coca Cola House of music are also great attractions.

Tranquility is the best part. Many shopping and food centers nearby. Walking distance to the Plaza del Sol Mall. Excellent facilities, including a casino and excellent customer services. The rooms are modern and beautifull. Breakfast is delicious. It also has a huge parking if you have a rental or personal car. If not, its not a problem, you car travel in UBER or taxi to nearby malls, like Rio Hondo Mall, El Cantón Mall, and Santa Rosa Mall. Best by far, if you have a dog, its welcome to this hotel.

Did not enjoy my stay there the rooms was nothing like the pictures I booked on emergency stay read some reviews and deceided to stay there BIG mistake entered the room was stinky like damp smell and moldy smelling no shade or curtain in the bathroom I came out the shower and a man across the street saw me naked no breakfast this was more like a room rental
Wifi was horrible I had to keep going down to reconnect when I told them about it he she said well there’s wifi there but rarely you get it in the room had to go up and down números times to reconnect the tv was crooked falling off the wall i also had someone come bring me some medication and the female in red hair DID NOT even bother telling me someone came looking for me the mini fridge had hair and sticky liquids INSIDE they never come up or ask you are you ok dID I need anything..:!pillows had so many drool stains ON THEM bed sheets also had some yellow stains the shower had a previous guest bath soap there with pubic hair.. I had ants bitting and walking on me at night the night tables had dust yuckkk I’ll never stay there again no view just broke down streets and ugly run down buildings it was not worth the amount spent there the old man in the sun de k asked me rudely what did I need help with and I exclaimed!!? I’m renting here iam a guest whyY a few guest cam very late and was slamming doors and talking loudly some of the cleaning staff would talking and shouting i the corridor..and did not get an upgrade it was a bed another dirty fridge with moldy rims of the glass shelves the only difference was this one. Did not have a bathroom window or any view at all and this one had a shade in a bedroom that had no look out window but a plastered view ..and when I got there they could not ring my reservation Iam going to look into how much they charged. Me to stay there
