While visiting Bellingham, I stayed in three hotels, Best Western Plus was the best so far for the money value , Internet connection, and having a beautiful work space as well.
I really like that we have a coffee machine to be used 24/7 in the lobby with amazing options.
Having the printer in the lobby as well is a plus
Staff are really amazing and welcoming.
Breakfast as well is good.
I really liked my stay here , and if I visit Bellingham again, this will be my place to go and stay

Bellingham has a really nice safe vibe.
Bellingham has a really nice safe vibe. Family friendly, no skyscrapers, easy to get around. Lots of great restaurants, coffee houses etc.We much preferred it to the big city vibe in Seattle. Walking along the bay in Boulevard Park at sunset with the all the families was a joy.

There are so many parks and beaches , plus an interesting historical area to explore. The downtown has a variety of restaurants and stores. It is a quiet , rural area close to Bellingham. Great grocery stores and ice cream and more to make your stay easy and fun.

I like to bike and I found a great bike shop to rent a nice bike. The Interurban trail and South Bay Trail are amazing. Fairhaven has good shops and restaurants, and a nice little library. Beautiful seaside walking too. If you're a mountain biker or hiker, even better!

The staff was helpful. The facility needs a lot of work....updating and cleaning. It smells and looks BAD! There is trash, bits of white paper on the floors and the carpets are FILTHY! You need to invest some of your proceeds back into that motel, or raze it to the ground and start over!

Lynden is an old fashion community surrounded by dairy farmland not far from the Canadian border with great views of the Cascades. The whole town is very clean and neat with the historic downtown area a pleasure to see & visit.
There are some excellent eateries scattered about. EdAleen's dairy has the best ice cream I've tasted West of the Mississippi.

We are an older couple so we enjoyed the feeling of a small community that has adapted very well to accommodate population growth. We were quite pleased with Whatcom Transit bus service that took us wherever we wanted for only $1 per ride. We enjoyed just riding around then walking the trails and downtown with a delightful meal at the old Horseshoe Cafe.
