words are not enough to explain how great this hotel is, the best i ever stayed in my life, this is the second time for me, they care about small details and customers opinions, we touched a big difference between last year and this year, all issues were solved "ex: toilet lights that kept turning off while you are using it", staff are soooo friendly and welcoming specially the lady at the reception that her name starts with a "V" and the pool area restaurant team, the fruits, flowers and chocolates is a great gesture, checking all events and your bills on the TV screen was a plus too, as i said words are not enough to describe how great this hotel and the staff are, thank you so much amarande :)

It was very central to everything, the staff were friendly (Pia on the front desk and Katerina in the restaurant were absolutely amazing). The room was comfortable and modern, the pool area had great vibes. The breakfast was a wide variety and delicious!

I don’t understand why this hotel is rated four stars ، it truly deserves five! Everything was perfect and exceeded my expectations. My stay was all-inclusive, and from the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with a warm smile at reception around 2 PM. The reception staff were extremely helpful and made every effort to ensure our comfort throughout the stay. After lunch, we went to our room ، it was spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated, with a breathtaking view of the pool and the sea. It honestly felt like paradise. The room was fully equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, and a complete bathroom setup. The bed was incredibly comfortable , i knew right away I had chosen the right place. The lunch and dinner buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. If we missed a meal, the snack bar had a great menu as well. The beach is very close to the rooms, and there were always plenty of sunbeds available. There were daily entertainment activities and evening shows that made the stay even more enjoyable. The gym was fantastic, modern, clean, and fully equipped. A special thanks to the restaurant staff, they were always friendly, welcoming, and genuinely cared about our comfort. Overall, if you’re looking for luxury, comfort, and great service, this is without a doubt the best choice in Ayia Napa!

We loved everything about the hotel, the location, the food was amazing (we had all incl) and staff was 5star. Especially Elena and Natalia at the reception, Damla at the bar. Nothing was an issue. The pool is decent size always plenty of beds and umbrellas, small but nice kids corner outdoors and beach 1min on foot. The food both the choice and the taste was great entire week. This hotel deserves at least 4 star. Thank you for a lovely vacation!

Great facilities, amazing pools, we got a spacious and comfortable room and the staff was very welcoming and nice. The entire hotel including the rooms is incredibly clean and well organized. The breakfast was consistently excellent. When we checked-in we received complimentary fruit, bottle of cava and cookies which was a lovely touch.
