New, clean, modern and very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood, 15 minutes walk to old town and it is across the street from an organic market. Super comfortable bed, fully equipped mini kitchen, good wifi, very good a/c and a lovely terrace. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you Luis for your great hospitality! We will be back!

Everything, the breakfast could have more choices but for 14 euros is great. The rooms could use a clean on demand when needed but overall, great value for money, very close to everything and the room was amazingly pretty

We were very happy with the room, both comfortable and modern. It was impeccable clean, and it has all the amenities needed. The staff at reception was very friendly and helpful with touristy advices and commuting information from Annecy to our further destinations. Located at walking distance from the old city and transport lines, including the rail and regional bus stations. Nearby, we could find convenience stores and eateries. Very good!

Let's start with the exceptional staff Alexandra Almas as well as Yvonne were charming and extremely helpful The apartment was large, bright, 'super clean' good quality kitchenware Matress was perfect with luxury quality sheets and plenty of towels We loved the balcony with it's privacy looking out on a lovely garden The elevator was a plus the easiness to use the thermostats and the quiet of the building made our stay so outstanding that we are planning to return again next year Pringy is very close to Annecy and I don't think the location could be better It was just PERFECT

Nice hotel, close to the ski lift. We had a nice room with starting view from our balcony, looked like a fairytale on one of the snowy mornings. The breakfast was sufficient and fueled us up nicely before skiing. Location is great, you can walk or take bus to city Centre, though it’s technically in the Centre. The restaurant in the property is expensive but very good. I would definitely stay here again .
