Excellent lodging located in a very peaceful and quiet neighbourhood, all amenities exactly as described in property listing. Perfect location, walking distance to old city and easy and reliable access to various public transportation that will quickly get you into Berlin centre. Private parking on the grounds but street parking also very easy to find. Multiple grocery stores and restaurants just a few minutes drive away, all in all a perfect package for my vacation requirements.

Everything, the apartment was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped. We received the instructions on how to enter the apartment well beforehand, which reduced our journey stress. The hosts are very nice, even though we have never met them personally.

The apartment has a good layout and a nice, fully equipped kitchen. The location is very good, close to public transport and in a nice part of Berlin. BUT... the first thing we noticed when we arrived after midnight was that the apartment was not completely clean (crumbs on chairs and sofa, hairs on towels) and that there was mold in the bathroom and the floor in front of the bathroom was broken. We immediately informed the property management. The next morning, we also realized that the heating didn't work properly. Only half of the convectors warmed up to lukewarm, and the rest stayed cold. With -5 degrees and snow outside the apartment warmed up to maybe 12°C. One could see the breath! The blankets were flimsy summer blankets, so we had to get hot water bottles to be able to sleep at night. The floor was not isolated (visible where it was broken), which made it wven colder in the apartment. After being in contact with the property management multiple times, the heating worked for 2 hours but went back to lukewarm again afterward. As my husband also noticed issues breathing due to the mold in the bathroom and around the windows, we packed our bags and moved to a different hotel for the remaining three nights of our stay in Berlin. After we left, the property management told me they would look into the possibility of compensating us but never replied after that anymore. Very disappointing (and expensive)!

What a great place for a large group! I loved being able to have all 12 of us in the same place! Large kitchen and dining area, and enough space to relax. Clean, plenty of bowls, plates, and cooking tools in the well-equipped kitchen. Very close to the U-bahn, shops, grocery stores, etc. Our host was amazing! He is a problem-solver and if a solution can be found to your issue, he will find a way to make it happen.

    This is a fully-equipped apartment on the south-east edge of Berlin. It's located 10 mins from Teltow Stadt S-bahn station. It takes 25 mins to get to the Brandenbourg Gates by S-bahn. There are Netto, Rewe and Aldi shops in the nearshore. The owner was totally friendly but spoke only in German. There all facilities for living. The area is a quite.

    The property was beautifully decorated with every convenience. The pool was very clean. We travelled with teenagers who enjoyed all the modern lighting and relaxed atmosphere. The host was very welcoming and provided fruit and champagne and treats on arrival and was available for any requests throughout our stay. There were lots of common areas to hang out in if we didn’t want to be in the apartment including a large Projecter Tv and pool.

    Fabulous spacious, studio apartment in a great location, just 10 minutes walk from S-bahn into Central Berlin. Quiet neighbourhood with secure off street parking, close to shops too. I would definitely book again if returning to the area.

    Everything was more than perfect! In apartment stayed my father but I came to visit him and had dinner with him and I was surprised how everything was clean, beautiful and comfortable. One of the best apartments that I have ever reserved. It was also possible to left car inside the territory and eat outside in the sun. Perfect!

    The place is very well-heated and insulated. The apartment is completely private and separated from the other apartments so it was quiet. The kitchen is well-stocked and we were able to cook. The apartment is clean. The TV provides lots of options of things to watch. The accomodation is relativey close to a train station, which allowed us to get to the Berlin city centre easily and fastly. The accomodation is large. The beds are comfy. The curtains keep the apartment completely dark for sleeping. One of the cheapest options we could find.

    The apartment's location is great. S-Bahn station is about 7-10 min walk. Rewe supermarket is about 5 min walk. The apartment is clean, has all kitchen equipment. Parking place is inside the yard.
