Linda was a very good hostess and was there to meet us both. The Parking was handy and very available when we needed it and the parking permits were supplied but not required by us. The accommodation was spacious and suited our needs and the little extra touches that were added went a long way with me eg Tea & Coffee sachets and packet of biscuits included plus a pint of milk,2 large bottles of decent water and some odd bits in the cupboards that had not been used up previously. We also had washing machine products to use and toiletries in the bathroom,although I'd brought my own with me. We also were supplied with Fans but didn't need them. BBQ facilities were also supplied but wasn't used as we were out all day and got back late in the evening.

    This first floor apartment has all the facilities necessary for an enjoyable stay. The well appointed kitchen includes a coffee machine, dishwasher and washer/dryer and the lounge is a good size with plenty of comfortable seating. It is close to the Southsea high street with easy access to grocery stores and eateries. It is an easy flat walk in every direction and two bus routes also run nearby. Communication and information was very clear and timely.

    A lovely studio flat within walking distance of the D-Day Museum and to the local shops etc with street parking. I was as snug as a bug and would definitely stay there again.

    Great location. 5 min walk to beach. 30 min walk to shops. Lovely modern apartment. We were in flat 6 . My son love that his room was upstairs out of the way. Comfy beds.

    Great location by Gunwharf Quays and the historic dockyard, and very convenient for Portsmouth Harbour station. We were in a standard apartment but had a view of the Warrior from one of the windows. Very clean and generally comfortable. Either soundproofing in the building is excellent or all the neighbours were away, we didn't hear a thing from other flats. Barry was very efficient at meeting us and letting us in.
