The location is extremely convenient. The host and the Manager of the facility, Nuwan were extremely pleasant, friendly and helpful. There were 3 air conditioning units for the 1 bed room Studio Apartment! During our visit, Sri Lanka was experiencing extremely hot weather and the AC units were able to quickly cool the Apartment, which was excellent. The Apartment was as described, well furnished, very clean and well maintained. It was cleaned regularly while we were staying. The Apartment was one of the best we have stayed traveling around Asia, Europe, Australia and New Zealand! The bakery/restaurant downstairs served very good food, adding to the convenience. The host was also kind enough to accommodate us on our request for early check-in and late check-out.

The two bedrooms appartment is on the top of the house and with the patio and the mezzanine, it is like a tiny house! So beautiful and cozy! We felt like at home. A lot of wardrobe if you stay several nights. The owner is very kind and friendly. He helped us a lot! It is very quiet and you can walk easier around for all amenities. The breakfast was georgous and so tasty!

I had a fantastic stay at this apartment! It was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and offered breathtaking views of the Colombo skyline—including a direct view of the iconic Lotus Tower. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always flexible and prompt in meeting any of my needs. The apartment itself was fully equipped with amazing facilities, and I especially loved the common areas—a fabulous swimming pool, kids’ play area, games room, and even a private cinema, among other highlights. Whether you're planning a short-term visit or a longer stay in Colombo, I would highly recommend this place. Truly a home away from home!

The property was in an excellent location ( lots of restaurants and cafes very close and a great place to discover Colombo …and was so beautiful .. it has absolutely everything inside that is required and extra .. The apartment was luxurious.. We used the pool and the gym which were great also …The owner was very helpful and polite .. I would recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Colombo

    We were in a group of 10 including 2 children stayed in the Penthouse at Vaux Park at the start and end of our trip to Sri Lanka. The space is excellent, particularly the many bathrooms and spacious living areas. Also appreciated the amenities and great aircon. Jawfer and team are responsive and really helpful. The apartment and building are clean and modern (loved the pool area too) and located in a great part of Colombo. Highly recommend!

    This apartment is located within the Havelock City residence which is one of the luxury residences in Colombo. It is located next to a mall with all food options at your doorstep. The flat is comfortable, clean and offers excellent views of Colombo. The owner was super nice and attentive. Highly recommended

    The three bedroom apartment is bigger than most downtown Toronto condos. Definitely, money is far more worth it. The rooms have plenty of light and bright. Most of all, place is very clean, and water pressure is extremely forceful with hot water.😘 Thank you so very much.

    The apartment we got was not the particular one in the advertised photos. But it was a very clean, spacious and comfortable apartment and had everything a family could need for a short stay. We thank the host for accepting our last minute booking, and having everything ready for us in such a short time. The location was great. Perfect place to stay for families/groups.
