I was worried about the noise level from neighboring beach areas, but any noise quieted down right after 10pm. It's in a really cool location in the art district of Rosarito. The restaurants within walking distance are really good, and there were tons of places to park at the condo and on the street in the neighborhood. The host was communicative and very nice.

    The condo was beautiful, and the beach just steps away!! It offered a secure private parking, the two gentleman taking care of the building were great and very helpful. You are able to access the parking garage 24/7 and there is always someone overseeing the security of the building. We were on the second floor and the view was amazing, condo had access to beach.

    Condo was on the beach with amazing views. Was able to see dolphins swimming in the early morning while sitting on the balcony. Owner recommended a few food spots and they were delicious! I hope to be able to come back soon. Also, place was extremely clean.

    The condo was spacious. Had 1 king and two full beds. Very quiet, and security was on point. There is only one parking space . It's about a 15 min. drive to downtown Rosarito.

    The condo was absolutely AMAZING!! I was welcomed in a clean, immaculate space. It was well equipped with all the essentials, along with great attention to detail. We loved the breathtaking sunset views!! The host did a wonderful job with communicating and providing helpful tips with locations to visit. It was such a delight to have all the windows open with beautiful views, fresh air, and the sounds of the ocean. We rate 10/10

    The condo was very nicely decorated and clean. It was very private,not much traffic. I enjoyed the pool where I was able to read and relax a bit. The beach was lovely. The sunsets were breathtakingly beautiful. The grounds outside of the construction trucks and noise were really beautiful and the staff were very atuned to the details of keeping it beautiful. The security was superb, as was the entire staff. The persons residing there were also very kind.

    Condo was well kept. Stayed with my family of five and there was plenty of space. Games were provided to help pass time. Easy access to pool area and beach. Gated community made us feel safe. We were 5min from Rosarito and Puerto Nuevo.
