Right on the beach, fenced propertie so good with staying with children, direct access to beach, closed parking lot for the rental car. Apartments were big and spacious although a bit dated and most of the apartments had AC only in bedroom. Several stores, tale aways, bank, hospital, etc right nearby. Freddie is a credit to the owners always happy to help with the biggest smile on his face. A couple of places to visit within walking distance takamaka rum distillery and the craft village but you really do need a car but well worth being a little off the tourist trail for the peace and quiet. Don’t bother staying in hotels, instead stay in self catering apartments just like this one. Everything you need, kitchen appliances, patio, nice kitchen, comfortable bed, huge bathroom. Support the locals! Aline also gives you tips on where to go and where to eat, very helpful. We were also able to do our laundry here which was free of charge. The terrace have stunning view, It is really nice place to enjoy the atmosphere of the island. Hosts are really very kind and helpful with everything. They arranged a taxi and car rental for us, even invited us for some grilling. It was our best vacation thanks to Alfred and Marthe.
