The apartment was in excellent condition. Everything (including the washing machine) worked perfectly. The location is very convenient to get to via the TGM metro line. The host, Karim, was very kind accommodating.

Ines, booked us in to the apartment. We went to the wrong address at first but within minutes she was there to escort us to the apartment. We arrived midday and the temperature was just going up, so how relieved i was to find a cool air conditioned luxury apartment. It was a second story maisonnette with two floors - a well equipped kitchen and living plus toilet on the downstairs floor, while there was a spacious bedroom with a large double bed on the upper floor. It has further amenities of a shower room, plus another toilet and even a washing machine. Ines was a superb host. Polite, accommodating, pleasant, and well spoken with good English. While we stayed in the apartment, they welcomed us also outside of the flat - providing help, care, information and even running us around in the car at one point. Absolutely, stupendous, in terms of the welcome we got. Treated royally and as friends almost rather than simply acquaintances. I would definitely stay here again. It was close to the centre of the Medina, in a perfect position for sight seeing but also in a rather more clean and decent parts of the Souk. All this for an incredibly reasonable price. I even had to stay two further nights than planned and Ines accommodated me for the extra time. I owe you a huge big thanks Ines 🙏 BIG THUMBS UP 😎 👍

Our stay at Ben Turkia was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff went above and beyond with their outstanding customer service. Everyone from reception to housekeeping was kind, professional, and always ready to help. The property is immaculate, and the entire place smells absolutely divine, with the refreshing scent of orange oil in every corner. It really adds to the relaxing atmosphere! Our room exceeded our expectations. The photos online truly don’t do justice. We were pleasantly surprised to find a separate room with two single beds for our children and a spacious primary bedroom upstairs in the loft. You can choose to have breakfast on the roof top, terrace or your room. Breakfast was amazing and always on time. There is always someone coming to check in and take your order for fresh juice / coffee & tea. This is perfect for families. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the Medina and close to the mosque. While the narrow alleys can be tricky to navigate at first, the hotel’s reception and security team made sure we were guided in and out with ease. Highly recommend this beautiful and welcoming property for anyone looking to enjoy an authentic and comfortable stay in the Medina! We ended up booking the hotel again on the way back to Tunis.

Very nice apartment located in a very prime location in the very center of Tunis, only a short walk from the Old Medina, shops and restaurants. Located inside of an old colonial times building with a soul and special feeling, with free parking included in the price and located in the enclosed and roofed back yard of the building that gives an impression of a garage. The area outside is one of the safest in the city, as there are plenty of banks in the neighborhood. The WiFi was good and efficient. The apartment was large, with two bedrooms, a living room, a dinning room, separate kitchen, two large balconies and freshly modernized bathroom. All was very clean, modern, well equipped and functional. The Host was extremely nice, friendly, helpful and communicative, well before the arrival and after the departure. Strongly recommend this place and for sure we will stay there again when next time in Tunis.
