We loved the family friendly atmosphere, the overall cleanliness and the beautiful decor, as well as the Christmas decorations in the lobby and restaurant that seemingly went up overnight. :) The rooms were very spacious, grandeur, and completely sound proof. We slept so soundly. The sea view was amazing. Lin was our waitress almost daily in the Seven Seeds restaurant, and she was very kind and always remembered what we liked to order. The food was absolutely delicious, thank you to the chef. My 4 year old son saw him in the elevator and was so happy to meet him. Housekeeping (Dipesh and Dilwar) made sure we had everything we needed every day. The luggage was delivered to and from our room easily for us, rides were arranged for us, and valet was very efficient and careful with the cars. The tram is located directly at the hotel, which was also convenient. Avani Kids and the pool was really fun for my son, also. We checked in around 4am and the employee was very patient with us. The staff at the lobby are so kind and helpful. Everyone we encountered this week was amazing!

Suites include a balcony, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a separate living area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen. All suites are equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels. Best location, right by the marina and close to all the little cafes and shops, within walking distance from the tram and metro! Must say that the excellent personnel made everything even better! Everybody from the cleaning staff to the reception was extra helpful!

All self-catering apartments feature a balcony overlooking the iconic Burj Khalifa, the city or Dubai Fountain. Each one offers a living room with a flat-screen TV, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen. A bath and a shower are fitted in the bathroom. The location it perfect, just near the entrance to dubai Mall. We got a room with a perfect view on burdj halifa and the fountain. The apartment is grear and big, one bedroom and one big salon. The breakfast is nice but can better. Best value for money you can ask for.
