The hotel is in line with its class, very modern, Western style and as soon as you enter the lobby, you are greeted by helpful staff. Although we arrived earlier than check-in time, we were given a room quite quickly, they even took us to show us if it was suitable for us. Since we were together with a teenage child, an extra bed was set up. The service is at a high level, all the staff are helpful, room service kept asking if anything was missing, and brought us bottled water. The ventilation in the room works well, the air in the room is pleasantly dry, you don't feel the humidity from outside. There is carpet in the room, so it's cozy. Everything is very clean, there are no smells from either the bedding or artificial fragrances in the corridors. There is a small but good pool on the 11th floor, towels are provided. The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, helpful waiters, and dishes are prepared to order for breakfast.

Superb Modern Airport Hotel December 2024 Really enjoyed my one night stopover here. It was perfect before flying home to the UK the next morning. It's close to Terminal 2 (a little further from Terminal 1) and I used the hotels excellent private transfer service both ways. A new very modern hotel with perfect rooms for a short stay. Immaculate and comfortable throughout. Nice bar with lite bite menu downstairs with friendly staff. Upstairs there is a large restaurant which has an extensive buffet for dinner as well as a la carte. The breakfast buffet here was also extensive. A very special hello and thank you to the lovely Atish and Anup who were my waiters for both dinner and breakfast. When next staying overnight at Mumbai International Airport it will definitely be my first choice hotel.

I had a wonderful stay and would like to start by praising the reception team. Parag went above and beyond to make my check-in smooth and effortless. Ganesh was incredibly kind and professional, ensuring my check-out was quick and easy. And a special shout-out to Murad from the Mirasa restaurant, who was knowledgeable about the menu and always ready to help. Thank you all for the excellent hospitality!

Great location for easy access to airport. Excellent staff. Super comfy bed! Quiet room. Hot and strong water pressure in shower. Felt very safe here.

Awesome 👏 everything was so great! I mean this will be our go to hotel… the team is so great…mohak, Simran… and little HE-MAN karanji who we are so grateful and apologetic too for making him pick our very heavy luggage… I wish other hotels would learn a thing or two from the folks at Fairmont about true hospitality:) P.S. my husband said, the best eggs ben in the entire country :) and he is super picky about his egg Bens lol 😂

Amazing hospitality of entire staff. Rooms are super spacious with great amenities and clean. Breakfast is unbelievable, one of the best I experienced in my 40 years of travel staying in hundreds of hotels worldwide. Two swimming pools with sunbeds. 15 min from airport, 30 to 45 min to south Mumbai. 100% recommend.

Very clean for an Indian hotel

Everything is great about this hotel! It is a real experience! The staff is extremely attentive and kind, the services offered are exceptional. I had the room with breakfast and dinner included... I recommend you take this package... Breakfast and dinner are buffet-style and offer an incredible culinary experience! The food is extremely diverse and delights your senses, as are the desserts... You can find anything you want and something can be prepared for you on the spot if you want (eg omelette, paratta, etc). The pool is amazing, you are given water and a towel when you get there. We were also offered late check out (4pm) at no cost. Words are redundant.... This hotel is a 'MUST'!!!!!

I loved this location. This place is extremely close to the airport and conveniently located, it seems kind of far from the "action" but the nearby Aqualine will get you where you need to go. The staff is exceptional, they are kind and knowledgeable and will answer every question. The room was a perfect size for me as a solo traveler. The shower was pretty incredible, one of the best hotel showers I have ever had anywhere in Asia. Something to note you can easily get to and from the hotel via the aqualine but an Uber is very cheap as well.

I recently stayed at FabHotel Kamran Residency and had a comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel offers good value for money and is conveniently located for both business and leisure travelers.

Beds were comfortable. Room service, clean, comfortable bed. We enjoyed our stay. Overall it was fine.
