El Lagarto is a cosy place run by Alfonso and his wife, who are very friendly and helpful. The property offers 2 bedrooms, spacious very-well equipped kitchen with extra living-room-like seating arrangement and a clean bathroom. The shower worked well and we were provided with the local Lanzaloe set of sample toiletries. We stayed for almost three weeks and got even the cleaning service after each week of the stay, tidying up the whole house, cleaning bathroom and changing towels and bed sheets, which was great and made the stay even more comfortable. There are 3terraces that are sunlit at different times of day, so you can enjoy either sun or shade at any time of the day. We travelled with our little dog, which was not a problem at all and we enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was great, we warmly recommend staying in El Lagarto and would definitely come back when travelling to Lanzarote again.

Very friendly and helpful host, great location to explore the island. The house was very clean and cosy, it had everything we needed. There is also a small pool you can use when the weather is nice.

We loved EVERYTHING about the apartment especially the cleanliness, kitchen equipment but best of all the sunbeds on balcony which was an asbolute plus!!! It made for such a relaxing chilled out and private break for myself and my hubby and if we wanted to cool down we went for a dip in the ocean.

Perfect location in the south east part of the island, close enough to walk to Puerto Del Carmen old town and loads of coves and beaches to explore. Great little boat to chill out on the top deck and enough amenities to keep you going. The host Antonalina was very nice and although the boat didn’t have a shower they had a private shower block 2 minutes walks from the boat. Highly recommend

The location is great, just a couple of minutes from the bus stop and taxi rank and a 5 minute stroll to the beach. The apartment was beautifully clean and very comfortable with everything you need for a home from home stay

Great option by airport. Very responsive and friendly staff. Cute place-inside and out. The bed was very comfortable and the shower excellent. I was only there overnight.
