He was flexible and readily available to answer all questions and accommodating with storing luggage before & after checking in/out. Location was gorgeous! Beautiful and quiet place, in the heart of old town The people in hotel were absolutely amazing. We had really a lot of questions relating to fishing, diving, etc, and we always received comprehensive, quick and extremely helpful responses from everyone. We were literally amazed by superior service we received in this hotel.
