The location was great, almost on the river and short walk to restaurants and the town. Parking right outside the front door! The kitchen was well equipped, beds comfortable.

Amy was great. Room was better then expected. Nice to have refrigerator in rooms. Clean, funky decorated but sweet. Towels and amenities included. Was special dropped a take-away breakfast for me because leaving for airport at 4:30am. Highly recommend if traveling to Inverness Airport only 10 minutes. It was one of our best stays on our 14 day Europe trip. Definitely two thumbs up.

The house was very homely and welcoming. Delicious breakfast and comfortable room with all you need for your stay. David was a great host and we enjoyed chatting with him over breakfast. We felt like we were guests at their home not like we were in hotel at all. Would definitely recommend this place.
