This apartment is simply amazing! It's just a few minutes' walk from the beach, which is super convenient, especially in the morning when you need to get a spot. The layout of the apartment is well thought out: two soundproofed rooms and a large kitchen-living room. Everything is very clean, and the furniture and appliances look brand new. Each room has its own air conditioning, which was a big plus on hot days. I also appreciated the extra towels and blankets in the closets, and there are chairs for the balcony, making it a nice spot to relax. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, including adapters for European outlets — we didn't need to buy anything extra. The internet is fast, and small touches like hooks and a shoehorn are in place. It's a very comfortable and pleasant place to stay. Highly recommend!

Great view and staff, room was clean and Ali was great! Only thing is if you're not used to the heat and lack of a/c, the air conditioner was way under powered. Otherwise 5 stars

In Villa 29, my guests were bitten by a venomous centipede while sleeping, and the insect was found in their bed. Although signs indicated a doctor was available, at 10:39 a.m. there was no doctor on-site. My two adult guests, bitten in multiple places, had to go to a public hospital emergency department. The hotel provided transportation, which we appreciated, but we had to pay all medical costs ourselves, including antibiotics and other medicines. When we reported the incident, the hotel’s reasoning was: “We are in nature, perhaps the guest before you left the door open.” But who is responsible for pest control and ensuring quality checks between guests, to guarantee safety and well-being for the next visitors? We lost the entire morning dealing with this — another example of losing valuable vacation time meant for relaxing and enjoyment. Most concerning of all, no one followed up to check on my guests’ well-being after the emergency hospital visit. We requested pest control spraying for the villa and were told it would be unavailable for two hours afterward. We asked for another villa to accommodate my guests during this time, but the hotel could not arrange this “for whatever reason.” When my guests returned from the hospital, I ordered room-service breakfast — part of the all-inclusive package — but was told the two omelettes we requested would be charged extra. Ironically, the hotel advertises a customizable breakfast in its Booking.com responses. They eventually agreed to provide the omelettes without extra charge, but the initial refusal left such a bad taste that it ruined any desire to have breakfast in the villa, and we chose to eat at the restaurant instead.
