Lovely spot with beautiful views perched above the Sands, host Sara was fantastic and has a great sense of humour. Our room was spacious, kitchen facilities are excellent, lovely lounge area to relax in. I really liked the excellent recycling system and the plants growing about the place.

Mine host was very welcoming and I really enjoyed our early morning chats. I loved the location of the Boat House and particularly the tranquility of the location. So quiet I almost couldn't sleep!! Truly excellent.

Breakfast was sumptuous. The hotel has scenic and beautiful surroundings. The apartment and Rooms were clean and comfortable, and there was sufficient space for parking. I can spend more time and stay in this hotel when I visit Scotland next time.

We recieved a very friendly, warm welcome from the host. The room was nice, clean and spacious with a big smart TV and an amazing view to the bay. All shops are in a walking distance. Overall we were very satisfied and would definitely come back again on our next NC500 trip! 😊

    The setting was beautiful. It was right on the beach. There was absolutely no noise pollution and you could hear a pin drop. All of the staff members were absolutely fantastic and were so friendly and attentive. The food was glorious and the bed was really comfy.

    The locations was great! Right on the beach… Dog friendly and perfect for late night and early morning wee wee! Both Dinner and breakfast were delicious. Room was warm, cosy and had all we needed for 1 night. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

    Beautiful location on the beach. Got a beautifully room with a 4 poster bed overlooking the seafront. Gorgeous 😍 😍 Buffet breakfast was really good.

    A simple and small but clean and comfortable room in which we had a good nights sleep. friendly staff and decent food. A beautiful old building in a great position right on the beachfront. We watched the sun setting over the sea.
