What I loved most about Hotel Serenité was the incredible warmth and availability of the entire staff - every single person we encountered, from reception to restaurant service, showed genuine kindness and was always ready to help with anything we needed. The food quality was absolutely sublime. Every meal exceeded our expectations with exceptional flavors and beautiful presentation. We only went out for dinner once during our stay, and it immediately made us appreciate just how outstanding the hotel's culinary standards really are - the comparison was eye-opening! The property itself is beautifully maintained with comfortable, elegant accommodations and a perfect location that balances accessibility with peaceful tranquility. Everything felt thoughtfully designed for guest comfort. It's rare to find a place where both the human touch and culinary excellence come together so perfectly. Hotel Serenité truly delivers an exceptional experience that goes beyond just accommodation - it's genuine hospitality at its finest.

Lovely, amazing resort: very elegant, curated, so relaxing. Location very close to the sea with small private beach and easy access to close large sandy beaches. Management and staff have been great during our stay. We will be back!

A beautifully designed, modern accommodation with a different style. Everything is brand new and clean. Our Special highlight was the incredibly comfortable bed – something seasoned travelers know is a rare find! Absolutely perfectly located, right in the heart of a lively area, surrounded by nice oceanfront restaurants, bars, and shops. The amazing beach is just across the street. The hosts are exceptionally kind and welcoming, and very helpful to assist. We could only stay for one night, but this is the kind of place where you’d want to stay longer. We will definitely return. Highly recommended!

The place was great. The room is spacious, very clean and well decorated and has everything you need. There is also a common area with a table, poufs and a very well equipped kitchen. The attention of the manager is very kind. The location is very good, it is a 5 min walk to the beach and is surrounded by restaurants and stores. I recommend 100%

Excellent Staff! 4 man team (including gardener) looked after us very well. Very good food. Chef was able to prepare meals as per our taste. Good location close to Galle city and Una town and beach. Comfortable rooms with AC. Lovely property with nice pool and gardens with a sea breeze.

Lovely villa private beach in front. Clean pool with good temperature water. The room is so beautiful and convenient. I love the vibe, the decoration in there. Staff was so nice, they try their best to make us feel home. They re very kind, very generous.
