Basement apartment in north Ballard (Sunset Hill/Loyal Heights) in quiet residential area. Apartment had a large main bedroom and large full bath with great shower and full sized laundry. The unit has a full kitchen and some utensils and things. The owners provide plenty of items - paper towels and toilet paper, shampoo and body wash, linens and towels. The unit has a mini split HVAC blowing cold air in summer with separate controls for main living area and the bedroom. Parking on the street is a breeze.

Beautiful cottage, very modern and clean. Incredibly well stocked with plenty of glasses, cups, plates, cutlery etc. And lots of snacks and water!!! Such a nice touch!

The hotel is clean and rooms are comfortable. Staff is helpful and quick to respond to questions we had before our stay. Rooftop and fitness areas are great and free coffee in lobby is a nice touch!
