Offering a restaurant on-site, Kimpton Palladian Hotel is located in Seattle. Guest rooms feature pop-art pillows while certain units have a claw footed bathtub. The room is fresh and clean, decorated with a hip vibe (the TV sits on an easel). The mattress is not the best I've ever slept on, but it does the trick. The staff at the front desk is incredibly warm and personable, and they offer a free glass of wine daily at happy hour in the hotel bar. What I love most is the restaurant downstairs, Shaker and Spear. Must try the mushroom and herb omelette -- it's sheer perfection!

Pacific Place Shopping Centre was under extensive renovations during our visit. It was virtually closed to business. A big pass until it’s finished and their website fails to mention it. Don’t park there. Very very expensive for a shopping centre
Seattle is not a place for me to visit for fun as the cost to fun is not in balance. I go there for work only as the city is full of drug addics that live on the streets with no city infastructre that has a proactive way in helping them.
We had eight hours so we headed to Pike Street market walked all around .. ate delicious pastries at La Panier. Walked down to the Ferris wheel , spent longer than we thought we would at a really fun souvenir shop (probably one of the best I’ve ever seen) called Pirates Plunder at Pier 57. Headed to the eponymous Watson Kennedy on 1st Ave for gift shopping and then to the Seattle Art Museum which ,to our surprise, was closed! FYI Closed Monday and Tuesday. Decided to head over to the Chihuly Garden and Glass museum. Wonderful!!! Make sure you check out the café ,full of Dale Chihuly’s collections of vintage toys, radios etc.
Seattle is always a gem of a place to visit. The diversity, culinary offerings, interesting geography, walkability, urban intrigue, climate and public museums and galleries will delight the senses and the keep your interest from one neighborhood to the next.
The city is growing like crazy! The selection of restaurants, neighborhoods and shopping are outstanding. San Francisco used to be our favorite city to go visit, but Seattle is becoming our "go to" when we want to experience what a big city can share. The public transportation is getting better and better; we're glad they are investing in such a costly adventure because it is one of the things we look at when deciding where to go. Who wants to rent a car, pay for parking and worry about traffic!
Seattle is Outstanding!!!! Best value for travelers over 65 yrs.... Transit Pass.... Obtain at transit office downtown, free. Located at 2nd and Jackson. Each fare is $1.00, incredible. Travel Seattle unlimited......
The Sheraton is in an great location in downtown Seattle to be able to walk to a lot of the main attractions and is surrounded by lots of good shops and restaurants etc. Westlake Light Rail and Mono Rail Station is 0.1 of a mile away. After over 2 weeks touring on Vancouver Island, Washington State & Oregon the Sheraton had by far the most comfortable bed in a great, well appointed room. The 24 hr gym offers good facilities with a good view of the city. All round a great couple of days at the hotel.
This hotel is located near downtown which is very convenient to go to everywhere. Space Needle, Seattle Center and Chihuly Garden are right next to the hotel. Hotel room is clean and housekeeping changes linen for me everyday making my bed very comfortable. Well-equipped room with microwave. Gym isn’t very big but more than enough for me. Breakfast is good with order-to-cook omelette. Friendly staff are at both restaurant and front desk!
The staff was wonderful; Very accommodating and helpful! The room was very spacious and quite comfortable. Hotel property is downtown near lots of popular tourist sites; Space Needle, Pikes Market, Pier. Beds were super comfy; room was clean and showers were hot! We were there for a cruise out of Seattle and Holiday Inn made it so easy for transportation arrangements to ship. Would highly recommend staying here
Warwick Hotel is close to Downtown, the Pike St Market transport and a comfortable walk to The Seattle Space Needle. The restaurant and bar are first class. Wonderful food and staff. Room staff helpful and pleasant. Particularly helpful and great at his job was Paul in the lobby, who is organised and great at getting people sorted and where they need to be. Very helpful to USA as we prepared for a very long flight.
Absolutely brilliant motel. If you're visiting Seattle and you want to stay somewhere safe, conviently located (bus to downtown, right outside of the door) then this is the place. Lovely, big room (3 adults and 2 kids), a basic but nice breakfast, free parking. We just loved staying here. Staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect. If we're ever back in Seattle, this will be our hotel.
Rooms are well appointed. Ask for a corner suite if you like having a small sitting room off the bedroom. Stunning bathrooms - non corner suites seem to have larger bathrooms. This is a great hotel in downtown Seattle. It’s within walking distance to great shopping & sights. Cabs are really inexpensive here compared to Vancouver, BC, so taking a cab to football game was less than $10.
Buses to Seattle leave across the street and arrive back outside the hotel ($2.50 one way to a number of stops in Downtown Seattle. FAR cheaper and less hassle then driving into and parking in the city). Breakfast was basic but appreciated. Parking was secure. Housekeeping was good.
Absolutely every other thing about this hotel makes it a favorite of mine in Seattle. The restaurant and bar is hopping, facilities are great, staff is young and fun, incredible location and lovely coffee bar. I dislike large hotels so this boutique hotel suits my needs perfectly.
Great vintage Art Deco apartments / hotel set a stones throw from downtown Seattle. The building was built in 1931 so it’s old, but it has character and is well maintained. We had a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. It’s dated, but functional.
We liked the location of the hotel (downtown Seattle, couple of blocks from Pike Place Market), and were pleasantly impressed how nice, friendly and helpful the staff was. They also went some extra lengths to meet the special request I wrote them about.
Good location right next to Seattle centre. Plenty of buses that go to downtown nearby. The 24 hour supermarket down the road was great, we made our own dinner. The room was comfortable. Complementary breakfast at Macqueen hotel was a plus.
Very clean, boutique style hotel. Room very comfortable and I loved the crank windows to allow the fresh Seattle air inside! Great location with lots of great restaurants within walking distance. You can walk to the space needle from hotel
Large rooms with nice amenities. The windows could be opened. Seattle is always pricey, but this hotel provides good value. Great location close to the light rail and the downtown sights.
This hotel is in a great location for exploring downtown on foot. A modest walk from the airport train and Pike Place Market. Friendly staff and big room.
Very good contemporary hotel located in downtown Seattle with very friendly and efficient staff.
This is the best value bar none in downtown Seattle for a single person.
Location close to station. Easy walking distance downtown and waterfront
