Warwick Seattle

Hotel in Downtown Seattle, Seattle

Located just a 7 minutes' walk from the famous Pike Place Market, this 18-story hotel features an on-site restaurant. An indoor pool and whirlpool is also provided. The staff here are all on-message: a nice greeting; a very comfortable and secure room. As an added bonus as I was staying a few nights, I was given a room with a view of the Space Needle...Really appreciate someone's presence of mind to offer that. All staff were pleasant and easy to engage; the food was very good. There is a pleasant lounge at the lobby for greeting visitors and a small but well-run bar area with smaller plates on offer. There was a pool and gym on site, but I did not explore these. A most restful 4 days' stay.

This charming hotel sits in the heart of downtown Seattle, right in the middle of shopping, near the convention center, next to transit, and just a short walk to Pike’s Place. It is an beautiful vintage hotel with a doorman, valet parking and older style decor. Rooms were quiet and very clean. Two bathrooms were small but sufficient. The professionalism, attention to detail and hospitality displayed by every member of staff we met was exceptional. I’d highly recommend the Mayflower Park for a downtown Seattle stay.

FAQs about hotels in Seattle

The Emerald City

Nicknamed the Emerald City due to its lush greenery, Seattle is best known for its great waterfront, fantastic skyline and infamous rainy weather. In reality though, the city gets less rain a year than New York or Atlanta!

One look at Seattle’s skyline and you’re immediately drawn to the iconic Space Needle. Standing proudly at 600 feet, this major landmark features a rotating restaurant at 490 feet and has been featured in numerous films and TV shows, including the classic "Sleepless in Seattle."

The Needle isn't far from the popular Pike Place Market, a public farmer’s market selling fresh produce and crafts from local farms and independent merchants. It’s also the place where the Starbucks Corporation was founded in 1971. Enjoy a cup of coffee in their original store! Seattle has many popular parks and, thanks to its mild marine climate, is a great place for outdoor activities. A visit to Kerry Park to admire the best view of the city with Mt. Rainier in the background is a must!

Arriving at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, you’re only about 35 minutes from downtown and whether you’re looking for a hotel with free parking or near the airport, Booking.com has a great choice for your Seattle trip.
