Offering a restaurant on-site, Kimpton Palladian Hotel is located in Seattle. Guest rooms feature pop-art pillows while certain units have a claw footed bathtub. The room is fresh and clean, decorated with a hip vibe (the TV sits on an easel). The mattress is not the best I've ever slept on, but it does the trick. The staff at the front desk is incredibly warm and personable, and they offer a free glass of wine daily at happy hour in the hotel bar. What I love most is the restaurant downstairs, Shaker and Spear. Must try the mushroom and herb omelette -- it's sheer perfection!

A lot of fun! We didn't go with a strict plan of what we wanted to do, we just knew we wanted to explore. I did a lot of research about cool bars and things to do so that we at least had a base line if you will. We loved that Seattle is a walking friendly city as opposed to Houston, where we are from. We found great food and drinks all over the city. A great experience, even in the winter :)
First off the weather was perfect, the Space Needle had just reopened after a big renovation a few months before and it was great to see. We went to Chihuly's museum, first time for a couple and about the 4th time for me. Fabulous always!! Scenery is amazing especially from the Great Wheel which we went on. I will not take a cab in Seattle ever again. This was the 3rd time I have been ripped off. Uber is the way to go. They also have free bus to many of the places we went to. A lovely couple of days touring Seattle. We didn't get to the Seattle Underground this time but we will next time for sure. 13 Coins by the Train Station is a fabulous place to eat.
Every trip to Seattle we ride the ferry over to Bainbridge Island. I lived in Seattle the winter of 1977-1978 and that was one of my favorite things to do -- especially on the return trip at night with the city lit up (often in the wind and rain). Half price for seniors! We're retired but still enjoy just walking around the town, the Public Market, the shops, mixing with people. Always a stimulating experience. We also enjoy riding the train from Eugene, OR.
Getting around the city can be tough especially if you're staying over the weekend and meeting groups of people. I would recommend staying around the district you're in, either planning on carpooling, spending money and extra time searching for parking, or just Lyft/Uber your way around (less stressful) with a group of friends.
The only reason I went to Seattle was for the Seahawks game...we won! After almost 45 minutes of walking back to my car, I had to deal with terrible traffic and worse weather! I'd rather watch the game on TV than go to Seattle!!
My stay was too short as it was a 2 day stopover but got to see the Space Needle, the Museum of Modern POP and ride the ferry to Bainbridge Island. I really wanted to see Pike Place Market but it was closed in the late afternoon by the time I got there...

The Sheraton is in an great location in downtown Seattle to be able to walk to a lot of the main attractions and is surrounded by lots of good shops and restaurants etc. Westlake Light Rail and Mono Rail Station is 0.1 of a mile away. After over 2 weeks touring on Vancouver Island, Washington State & Oregon the Sheraton had by far the most comfortable bed in a great, well appointed room. The 24 hr gym offers good facilities with a good view of the city. All round a great couple of days at the hotel.

This hotel is located near downtown which is very convenient to go to everywhere. Space Needle, Seattle Center and Chihuly Garden are right next to the hotel. Hotel room is clean and housekeeping changes linen for me everyday making my bed very comfortable. Well-equipped room with microwave. Gym isn’t very big but more than enough for me. Breakfast is good with order-to-cook omelette. Friendly staff are at both restaurant and front desk!

Very helpful to USA as we prepared for a very long flight.

Absolutely brilliant motel. If you're visiting Seattle and you want to stay somewhere safe, conviently located (bus to downtown, right outside of the door) then this is the place. Lovely, big room (3 adults and 2 kids), a basic but nice breakfast, free parking. We just loved staying here. Staff were friendly and helpful. Perfect. If we're ever back in Seattle, this will be our hotel.

Rooms are well appointed. Ask for a corner suite if you like having a small sitting room off the bedroom. Stunning bathrooms - non corner suites seem to have larger bathrooms. This is a great hotel in downtown Seattle. It’s within walking distance to great shopping & sights. Cabs are really inexpensive here compared to Vancouver, BC, so taking a cab to football game was less than $10.

Buses to Seattle leave across the street and arrive back outside the hotel ($2.50 one way to a number of stops in Downtown Seattle. FAR cheaper and less hassle then driving into and parking in the city). Breakfast was basic but appreciated. Parking was secure. Housekeeping was good.

Great vintage Art Deco apartments / hotel set a stones throw from downtown Seattle. The building was built in 1931 so it’s old, but it has character and is well maintained. We had a one bedroom apartment with a full kitchen. It’s dated, but functional.
