It's very easy to walk around and check places out. Easy to walk to Pike Place Market. The small balcony provides a great city view (and even some sunset). The room has a very modern and professional look.

Built in 1927, this historic hotel located in the center of Seattle is within a 10 minute walk to Pike Place Market. It features Andaluca Restaurant and Oliver’s Lounge. The location is perfect, the personnel very nice and I used a lot the training room. Is small but the machines are nice and new. It was never crowded.

Featuring a 55-inch flat-screen cable TV in each room, this Seattle, Washington hotel also provides free WiFi. Bright, spacious rooms include a microwave, refrigerator and coffee facilities. For us, main concern was safety (due to Seattle's "reputation" for homeless/antifa). This place was great. Gated, carded parking underneath hotel. Quiet area surrounded mostly by business/ commercial/"nautical" operations. Several nice restaurants in walking distance. Low traffic road. Near Seattle center and downtown Seattle (but not easy walking distance). Adjacent to I-5, but building was totally sound proof. PLUS the hotel was one of the best 3 star hotels ever. Everything was a bit "extra nice" - Great beds, nice layout, convenient make/up sink and mirror outside of bathroom proper, larger room, nice couch to watch TV, higher end decor, unique corridors (no long hallways), really good complimentary breakfast, some rooms have Lake Washington views, super speedy internet (we stream a lot), and great in-room coffee (it is Seattle after all). Appears to be a "Seattle based" motel chain - they really knew the hotel/motel business in designing the hotel.
