I just love the property. I have been coming here for a total of 15 years now. There was an nasty incident with an ignorant guest. Tiffany was amazing in handling the situation with patience, calmness and professionalism. The guest was in her face very disrespectful and she remained very calm.

I booked the reservation in March for my grandkids and I. At least 2 weeks prior to our reservation I found my granddaughter needed to be home a day earlier due to school orientation and awards. They would not allow me to cancel a day earlier. Rooms were not worth 279.00 per night. Beds were uncomfortable and carpet was dirty. After our stay when we checked out before check out time a day early they refused to still refund money for the last night stating we checked out at 2pm, instead of 10:15 am. Then they blocked my email messages.

The property was beautiful, the pool was awesome, and the indoor pool was also great. I didn't think we would use the indoor pool but once the skies opened up the indoor pool was perfect.

The property was clean, everything worked, and the view was beautiful. It was a nice place to relax and enjoy the view. It was also close to were family and friends were staying.
