The front desk staff is there, but barely noticeable; they fulfill the basics but don't go the extra mile to assist guests. A special mention goes to Mrs. Mary Elena, who was in the breakfast area. I would love to have someone like her in my own business—her dedication and kindness are truly remarkable. The hotel also has thoughtful details, such as complimentary water in the hallways, which you can take with you. It's an incredible place to relax and unwind. Highly recommended!

Very welcoming and comfortable. Photos online don’t do the property justice. Balcony out the front was great and we utilised it a couple of times.

A flat-screen cable TV, free Wi-Fi, and modern glass desk are featured in all rooms at EB Hotel Miami. A walk-in shower with dual shower heads is standard in each en suite bathroom. Excellent staff and rooms and very comfortable beds. But what I liked most was the problem-solving skills of the staff. When I arrived I was told my reservation was cancelled because I didn't respond an email I got while on a ten hours flight. Aurelio set my up with a nice room although the hotel was packed. After further investigating I even got the room rate from my cancelled reservation. (150$ cheaper). Why is that important? Because the true quality of service shows when problems arise. And the team of the EBHotel handled id excellently. We'll be back.

Nassau Suite Hotel is located on bustling Collins Avenue in Miami Beach. Originally built in 1936 and fully rebuilt and remodeled in 2023, this all suite, art deco hotel is 5 minutes’ walk from the beach and features suites with fully equipped kitchens. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area was nice.
