An absolute heaven on Earth. I'm on a month-long trip in Italy and I'm staying in a different apartment every two days, none of them I remember. This one I will remember for life. From the second you get to the gate, you can see how much effort and most of all, love, these people invested into making this place feel like a home - and not only for themselves but for everyone that happens to stop by. What you see on the photos here is not enough to capture the beauty of this place. The hosts are incredibly warm people and they even drove us to where we needed to go cause we were in a bit of a rush. Free of charge, out of the goodness of their hearts. 100000/10. I feel privileged to have been a guest of La Bricola.

Very pleasant hosts ( like movie star couple :D ), and staff. I got the family vibe from them. The location is great, just beside the boat station so that you can easily get to the island of Venice or any other island in the Lagoon. One night we walked to the town center, and there was some kind of festival, with a street bazaar. Overall, a great experience. Great breakfast on the terrace beside the lagoon. I haven't had time to try dinner there, but as I saw passing by it looked very nice. The room is very comfortable with a beautiful view. The bathroom is very beautiful and spacious. If I ever come again to the Venice region, I will book this place again.

The people are amazing, very nice and flexibel. We have a baby and they made everything a dream, by letting us stay a bit longer at checkout because he was sleeping, sending back home some items we have left there, amazomg breakfast with homemade tart, i will highly recommend the place.

This residenza was the PERFECT stay for Venice. Not only was it perfectly situated (just far enough from the hustle and bustle, but still close enough that you can easily walk anywhere within a few minutes), but it was beautifully kept and maintained (clean and very traditional) and Maria Elisabetta was absolutely lovely to deal with. Communication was excellent and everything was exactly as described. On top of all of this, the restaurants just outside your doorstep were fantastic and if you’re lucky, you may even be fortunate enough to enjoy a local playing the accordion just outside your window in the mornings <3 We could not be happier with our stay and I highly recommend this property!
