Accomodation is located in a calm neighborhood. Provided room had a balcony overlooking the mountains and lake Como. Room was very spacious and impeccably clean! Owner has made us feel like home, she gave us great recommendations on what ro visit (actually composed a full day itinerary for us), where to eat and how to get around! Definitely will book it for my next trip to Como.

Everything at Rosina house was amazing. The location and view across the valley and lake were stunning. The host Andrea was simply wonderful so helpful and kind. He drove us to the train station as it's quite a walk and we had no car. I would love to stay in this beautiful place again.

One of the most thoughtful, tasteful and unique B&B’s we stayed in. We walked in from the Sentiero del Viandante and appreciated Eden’s proximity to the path. Breakfast was great in a quirky, fun room.

The owner was incredible, very welcoming and accommodated by gluten allergy in the breakfast. The place is beautiful, surrounded by trees and mountains. The facilities are great: there is bike parking, a communal fridge and microwave and lots of outdoor seating. The pool was a great bonus.

    The accommodation was absolutely wonderful. Very comfortable bed, breathtaking view over the mountains, all you need utilities, private parking space, lovely garden, delicious breakfast, extra care for guests' food allergies, proximity to a shopping center (2 min drive). It is - as its name suggests - a little piece of heaven, with a great host! I highly recommend this place!

    The breakfast was great. Lots of choice including cheese as well as a variety of other choices. It was lovely to look at the lake from the breakfast room. We could also see the lake from our room. Nearby, within easy walking distance through the village, was a very good restaurant which also had a pleasant atmosphere and good food. Quiet and peaceful. Parking available just outside the B and B. Helpful and friendly owner. Baby swallows were being fed across from our window. We continued on our drive around the amazing Lake Como.
