Very neat, elegant, and a calm place. We had a pleasant time there. The staff were so nice that I broke a plant and they didn’t let me pay for it. Our utmost gratitude to Edwardo and family for their efforts during our stay. Gratzi!

Claudio and Daniela were amazing! Their bed and breakfast was a few minute walk from the sea where we were able to view an amazing sunset. Breakfast was delicious and abundant. One of the ways they showed exceptional hospitality was when my husband asked if they had any oatmeal, by chance. Daniela took the time to purchase oatmeal and the next morning, she included it on the breakfast offerings! She went out of her way to ensure all of our needs were met! Daniela and Claudio were also a wealth of information on things to do and places to go. We visited the outdoor market, beautiful beach area and took a day trip to Monterosso al mare per their suggestion.

Charming, comfortable, quiet, close to beach, great (huge) breakfast. The room was lovely and elegant, we loved the decor, the starched curtains, the spotless bathroom, the amenities. The whole property was just beautiful, on a tranquil, tree-lined street a few minutes walk to the beach, it felt like a relaxing oasis. The owner is wonderful, as is Melina, they gave us great tips, arranged beach club reservations, and drove us to the Sunday morning market, and again to the train station when we left. A very special place, with a terrific atmosphere. It felt like a throwback to a more elegant, hospitable time. Will definitely plan to return.

Perfect for a via Francigena walker. The host let us arrive early to rest and refresh. The room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. The breakfast in the morning was an assortment of delicious foods.

Patrizia and Simone went out of their way to create a very special experience for us. We only had one night with them after a long drive. At my request they created a gourmet dinner to save us going out again to a restaurant. Their dining room Was beautifully decorated esp for us and has spectacular views. Their chef Roberto is a genius and each delicious course was served with a delightful local wine. We were also able to begin and finish the evening in their lovely hot tub looking out across the sea and hills.

Everything! Luigi is one of the loveliest hosts ever. The caffeine machine was next level, and open 24 hours (which is very nice and very rare). Such a generous selection in the kitchen, wonderful culture, central location, parking was excellent, adjacent to local cuisine of the village, where we tried our first steak Florentine, which was magnificent, besides many other beauties on the property. We WILL return!
