My stay at Cristina's inn couldn't have been better. It's such a cozy place, and Cristina and her family are incredibly warm and welcoming, so I got a "home away from home" feeling from the first day. The location on the main village is perfect, right on the rice fields of Batad, and the view from there is just spectacular. There are good hiking options in the area, but it's also a great place to just chill and have some peaceful days :) I hope I will come back, salamat!!!

The host and all staff were extremely lovely and very accommodating. It had a real cosy vibe which is what you need after a good hike in the rice fields. Location is excellent, a good balance between Banaue viewpoints and the Bahad rice fields. The food that was cooked tasted incredible. The room was a very good size with great views.

Irene and her team were the perfect welcoming staff team to an Inn… Especially after a 3 days trek and being exhausted. Joyful and generous people. The view is just spectacular- difficult to have a better experience than the Batad View Inn located above the green “Roman-theater-like” rice terraces and it’s village. Very intimate. The food was also very good and would recommend the rice cake for desert made by Irene :) Our room was a dream : two sided windows, palm trees, a whole view on the rice terraces and even more surprises. Thank you Irene for having us! I recommend 100%.

It was separated from the rest of the building so it was very private. It was also right next to the river and the sound of the flowing water was very relaxing. Food was very tasty. We ordered pakbet, chopsuey and pancit. Veggie servings were more than enough for the 4 of us (for only Php190) You just have to order in advance to get it on time. They also served it just beside our hut and it felt like we had the place all to ourselves. Staff were very friendly too.

But this was a little oasis. The staff were friendly and helpful. They organised a couple of trips for me and were reliable. It is walking distance to the town centre. My room was spacious and quiet. I had my own toilet / shower room nearby. There was also a ( limited ) choice of food on offer. Rooms were basic but expected for the price. Rooms were comfortable with enough space to move, and they were private - we were on the second floor. Shower wasn't hot, but if you lowered the pressure, was warm enough. Joel was very friendly and offered to arrange tours however we already had a private driver for the duration.
