The breakfast was convenient and the property was the perfect mix of quiet and social. We were completely relaxed and it was so easy to walk to both downtown and Perkins Cove. The beach was a 5-10 min walk and absolutely lovely!

Excellent location- walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Amazing view from the deck with good food and drink that add to the serene atmosphere. The staff are amazingly accommodating and love that we were able to vacation with our dog.

Tina and Scott were great hosts. They made sure we were comfortable and were super easy to work with and were very flexible. The food was excellent, and we had everything we needed during our stay. Our room was very clean, and I appreciated having a refrigerator in the room.

The place is not anything fancy. It reminded me of an old American motel. But the room was spotless, the bed comfortable, and the location is fabulous. Away from the busiest area of downtown, but still very walkable to everything.
