It was a privilege to stay in such an elegant and comfortable home. The accommodation suite was completely private with spacious bedrooms, a light airy well- equipped lounge and a pretty east facing roof terrace with a hot tub to relax on. The hosts welcomed us into their kitchen and provided delicious breakfasts in the dining room and great advice on local attractions, transport and places to eat. They were generous and hospitable without being interfering and made us feel completely at home!

I was thoroughly impressed by the property. The location was perfect, situated in a charming neighborhood within walking distance to popular attractions and restaurants. The unit itself was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was extremely hosp itable and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to stay there again in the future.

The location was ideal, in a quiet and safe neighborhood very close to the downtown area, easily accessible by public transit. I felt very comfortable staying with my two teenage kids here. The beds were extremely comfortable, the price much more favorable than othe hotels, with a corner store and small cafe nearby for getting fruit and breakfast items. The staff were super welcoming. The check in process was seamless. Would definitely come back here to stay!

The staff were pleasant, congenial and helpful. The breakfasts were more than expected. Fresh fruit! Lovely jams! Yummy coffee! The showers were exquisite. Really exquisite. And the location is perfect. Everything we wanted to do was walkable or easily reached by transit just steps away. We’ve already booked with Willows for our next trip to SF.

It’s in a great location and it’s clean. It’s only a couple minutes from the metro and the mission district is awesome. You can also take several trams to downtown. There’s a refrigerator and a microwave and a hair dryer. The property is much cheaper than others around and it has a private bathroom. I think people just leave bad reviews because they pay little money but somehow expect stay at a five-star hotel. This place is exactly are they advertise it.
