Tasty breakfast friendly and helpful staff member that went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. Day time staff member was informative, friendly and helped me by always been 1 step ahead. She was also genuinely friendly I felt like I was dealing with US a grade customer service in Florida. So refreshing to have that here.

This is not just a hotel — it’s the result of 25 years of dedication, vision, and love, a masterpiece crafted with patience and passion. Every corner tells a story, and every detail reflects the heart of its creators. The place is cozy and intimate, with a warm charm that instantly makes you feel at home. Surrounded by lush greenery in every direction, it feels like nature is embracing you. The bar is a perfect spot to unwind, with a relaxed atmosphere that invites great conversations. And of course, the two lovely dogs are always there to greet you with pure joy — adding a unique, homely touch you won’t find elsewhere. Meeting the owner, Safiyah, was one of the highlights of my stay. Her mindset toward constantly upgrading the place, her eye for detail, and her love of music are truly inspiring. She sees her guesthouse as a living, evolving work of art — and you can feel that energy in every space. For me, Wonderland is not just accommodation; it’s an experience, a feeling, and, as I told Safiyah, “a stolen part from paradise.”

This is a fabulous guest house, the owner Jaques meets you and is really welcoming and informative. All the staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is a nice continental buffet style, with plenty of options. There are two pools, we only used the main one, but very clean and a good temperature. Plenty of towels and beds / seating by the pool. They also have a driver, who will shuttle you around for approximately the same cost as an uber, but he's very reliable and that’s important. The rooms are very well equipped, plenty of storage, a safe and comfy beds. There's an honesty bar, which is well stocked for most needs I would think. We will absolutely go back to stay the next time we are in Constantia.

    Comfortable king size bed with luxury bedding. Separate bedroom from living room. Nice and clean. Very quiet. No traffic noise. A nice patio outside where you could relax or enjoy a meal, weather permittting.

    Great location and helpful friendly staff. Frank made excellent breakfasts and Frances was replete with ideas and suggestions for places to go and things to do. Would definitely consider staying there again
