We got the studio and it was cozy. It has everything you can possibly need. For middle eastern and south East Asians, the most exciting part was the bum gun or hose for the toilet. That is something I always miss while traveling in Europe. The bed was comfortable, the lighting was great, the amenities were all there. If you want to explore Siena or have Siena as your base as you explore Tuscany, this is the place.

Alberto is easy to communicate with and even sent videos to us prior to arriving to show us how to get to the BnB. It’s only a 10 min walk to the old walls of Lucca and the supplied breakfast was excellent

A continental breakfast is available each morning at the bed and breakfast. There is nothing not to like. Great location and the staff are above and beyond. Breakfast was a real treat as well. For those looking for a great place in the middle of Florence , close to everything , but feeling like it’s away from the hustle and bustle, this is the place. The staff was so helpful and friendly and the rooms were perfect and new looking. Would stay here again .
