The staf was very nice! The food delicious, and we felt good there!

the place was cozy and the Staff was friendly the View was wonderful as well. we enjoyed our stay there. we enjoyed lovely Lunch in the restaurant there.

We stayed at this hotel after a stay in Theth, for relaxation, a break from hiking and to experience a different area of Albania and our stay here exceeded all our expectations. The accommodation was spotless and comfortable; there are only two other bungalows so it never gets noisy or crowded. The food was fantastic, a good choice of evening meals and the breakfast was huge, with wonderful choice. The service from the young men serving was also exceptional, it was a pleasure to meet them. The garden next to the restaurant is beautiful and always felt like an oasis of tranquility, full of beautiful plants and trees, it is very thoughtfully designed and laid out. Behind the restaurant where the little bridge sits is a small pond where you can see kingfishers if you are patient, just wonderful. We did find the shop and laundry across the road very helpful and did not find the road noise to intrude at all (and I am very sensitive to road noise) The surrounding area was very special; lots of lakes and beaches to explore so a good choice of things to do or places to just relax and enjoy the nature. The standout for us though was the hospitality of the owners who went out of their way to make sure we were looked after. Bratila and Resmi really do want to make sure you have the best time here. We were visiting without a car and one day they gave us a lift there and back to one of the lakes, which we really appreciated. Bratila was a very reassuring lady and saved us on several occasions from some of the 'less ethical' taxi drivers around. We really did feel so comfortable and happy here, we were both sad to leave but I will always be grateful that I booked this hotel and met Bratila and Resmi; thank you both for all your help and care during our stay.

This cozy and friendly hotel feels like a family. The staff is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. We’re so glad we chose to stay here.

Good environment for relaxation & retreat

Nice, new hotel on the way to Komani lake. Rooms are rather small, but even equipped with a refrigerator, were very clean. Host is welcoming and friendly, breakfast is made out of local products like honey, cheese, etc. Price ratio is really good. There is a mini children playground on the premises and also private parking. Good WIFI.

I arrived late at night and the owner was waiting for me downstairs. Very friendly and also let me pick between of the rooms, with no extra charge. A great place to stay and also very affordable.

Good place to stop on the way to/from Koman lake

This place is only a few months old and was so NICE! It was one of the favorite places we stayed in our 9 days in Albania and we would recommend it and stay here again. The host was so amazing at check-in and throughout the stay. The place was clean and comfortable and quiet.

This was definitely my favorite stay on Booking.com because of these incredible host. I wish I had more than one night here. It was incredible. The spacious yard and laidback atmosphere was exactly what we needed after the business of Kotor and Dubrovnik old towns. I booked very last minute and host had everything ready and perfect for our stay

Qyteza Guest House is located in a village nearby Shkodra. The location is ideal if you would like to be accomodated in a peaceful, quite home in nature and explore the nearby tourist attractive locations like Komani lake, Valbone, Shkodra Lake, Buna river etc.

We stayed here three nights as a convenient spot for our Komani Lake tour. Communication with the owners before, during, and after was excellent. They also answered and shared lots of invaluable information about the Albania lifestyle. It’s located on a secluded road and hill side. The room was spacious, a small balcony, flat-screen TV, large comfortable bed with night stand on each side, large corner sofa sleeper, cabinet, mini fridge, hair dryer, A/C, swimming pool (didn’t use), shower. Home/made olive oil was fantastic!

Such an incredible deal! Beautiful, relaxing stay, just outside of Shkoder. Hosts are incredibly helpful and accommodating. They responded quickly when we needed help cleaning up a broken bottle of wine! The two person jet-tub was an extra surprise! Breakfast included is very nice and filling. 100% recommend if you are visiting the area!
