Good location. Decent breakfast. Good beautiful rooms. Comfy beds, nice walk in shower. Has a microwave with Builtin grill!. Good kitchenette.good fast wifi. Was able to provide a pedestal fan-a big plus. Was able to arrange taxi for us. They do have seperate toaster bags. Have induction stove as well. Premium water at breakfast counter to refill our bottles for free! Clearly shows Attention to details! Wonderful stay.

I particularly appreciated the "pay it forward" system the owner uses to provide basic cooking essentials - such as a couple of frozen pizzas, bacon, eggs, butter, milk, juice, sodas, and bread. This means that you leave money on the table for whatever you think is fair for what you use.

We felt very welcomed, but sadly we stayed only for one night. It's not easy to find stays where you feel really good. The room was very cozy, nice and clean, with a view to the seaside and the bathroom was also very clean and had everything you needed. The breakfast was served so all we had to do was enjoy and feel like a VIP :)

Super hotel -new, spotlessly clean, walking distance to the centre, gorgeous design and comfortable beds. Unfortunately we were only there for one night, but would def come back here for future visits. Lovely big bathroom.

    Property was easy to find, comprehensive and helpful information provided allowed for quick and easy access to the property. Property had everything that you would need for a short stay. Very good location for local amenities. Property was very clean and comfortable. Very good selection of cleaning products and condiments. Provision of essentials was a really nice touch and most appreciated as we arrived after a very long flight. Owner was very approachable and happy to engage with you which made you feel welcome.

    Location is perfect for Monifieth & Broughty Ferry with the Bell Tree pub round the corner! Flat is spacious with plenty room for families. It was relatively clean and comfortable, but ideal for amount of time spent! Would stay again!

    Staying at the Panmure apartment was an exceptional experience. Communication from the start was very good, with plenty of detail on access and use of the apartment. Location is ideal in Monifieth, right on the golf course, easy drive to St Andrew’s and on the doorstep of Carnoustie. The apartment is immaculately clean, spacious and very comfortable. We only used one bedroom, but both are large. Bedding is high quality and very comfortable. Kitchen had all facilities and high quality. Parking on premises was ideal. Highly recommend.

    Great location, very handy for local shops. Beach was close by, Tay view from living room was lovely. Private parking was a bonus. Bedrooms were neutral & nicely decorated. Kitchen was nice & clean. Lovely large shower which was very clean. Loved the little Christmas decorations. Area was very quiet.
