Great value for the money. Joanne was very kind and attentive, and she speaks good English. Nothing fancy, but safe, quiet and comfortable B & B. The room was simple and clean, with private bathroom. Nice basic breakfast included as well. Not really a big tourist town, but convenient and very affordable location if you need to be in Canicattini. Would stay there again.

The grounds around the villa are very nice - there is more outdoor space than it appears in the photos. There is plenty of shaded outdoor space for eating, which was important as it was very hot when we visited.. There are gates to secure the property, so you feel very safe. Salvatore kindly gave us some eggs from his chickens and some fruit from the garden. The air conditioning in the bedrooms and living space is very effective.

    Staying in this 18th century house was very pleasant. We liked the original solid furniture, the large terrace and the convenient location near the fantastic swimming in Cavagrande del Cassibile or near the historic town of Noto. The owner was available all the time when we needed anything and added tips for cool excursions.

    The location of the hotel is in the middle of a beautiful area of rolling hills and nature . The good things about this property is the location for total peace and quiet with great views. The gardens are very well kept annd there is anmple grounds to walk annd explode amongst the thousands of olive trees. The size of the pool is lovely and the highlights of the trip if one wishes to stay for the day . A small kitchenette is available to cook the basics .
