Location was exactly where I wanted to be

Everything. This place was amazing 👏 🤩 😍 We were walking the Via Francigena and I would highly recommend staying here. The owner was amazing. It was a great stop after a hard day's walk.

Comfortable and charming. The owners were very warm and welcoming.

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment! It is incredibly cozy, welcoming, and has such a warm and relaxing atmosphere. In fact, it was even better than we expected from the photos, the apartment has a special charm that you can only truly appreciate when you arrive. Leonardo was a fantastic host. He welcomed us very warmly, gave us helpful recommendations and advice, and was always available whenever we had a question or needed anything. We really appreciated his kindness and hospitality, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to escape the hustle and bustle of the big city, relax, enjoy the peaceful surroundings, and breathe some fresh air. At the same time, it is a great base for exploring the beautiful area around Rome and also for visiting Rome itself. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily come back. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful, cozy, and authentic Italian experience. Thank you, Leonardo, for making our stay so special!

Location was close to stadium and we loved the city!

The host was so welcoming & helpful. The home was clean and well appointed. It was a heatwave and ac had trouble keeping up.

Staying at Sylvia’s place was one of the most memorable of our stays while in Italy for a month. She very kindly picked us up and dropped as back to the Via Francigena. Her home was a cosy place and the dinner she made for us was excellent. We set off in the morning after a solid (un Italian type) breakfast.

Very safe, well maintained and good views.
