We originally booked this hotel for just one night since we arrived in Cappadocia at 3 am and wanted something simple and affordable. Honestly, we didn’t expect much, but wow what a surprise! The hotel was easy to find even at that hour, and they even helped us with the transfer. The first room we got was small but perfect new, clean, comfy bed, and lots of thoughtful little details that made it feel special. The staff was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us organize a tour for the next day. We ended up upgrading to a bigger room with a jacuzzi on the balcony… and let me tell you, stargazing from a jacuzzi is something everyone should try at least once in their life! The next day we couldn’t resist and moved to an even bigger room. At this point, I started feeling like I was living in a Turkish movie… just waiting for dramatic background music and someone to bring me a tray of baklava. And the cherry on top? The rooftop. It’s hands down one of the best spots to watch the hot air balloons in the morning, take some amazing photos, and at night it turns into a magical place to sip Turkish tea while watching the stars. Overall, this hotel gave us much more than just a place to sleep, it gave us an unforgettable experience. Highly recommend!

Clean, new hotel with the good location and excellent staff! Breakfast is also great with a lot of options, both for food and drinks. Room was big enough and everything was clean, air con is working and the view from the window was also good.

The room is spacious, HUGE and there is a downstairs bath (in my room) and there are two terraces where you can drink coffee ☕️ and have conversations or just relax and have your alone time. I like the location too as it is in a quiet area. The breakfast is also good 👍🏼 I also think that the terrace is a nice spot to take photos when the balloons are in flight. The staff and Malik were very helpful and accommodating too. You can book tours and airport transportation with them.

The hotel is just next to the bus station. It has a beautiful terrace, from where you can enjoy views. We had breakfast and dinner there, their prices are cheaper and tastier than you find on the street. The reception also arranged a hot-air balloon tour for us cheaper than other agents. In the rooms every detail is well-thought. Definitely, I would recommend it to friends.

    Yasar, eyup and his team are fantastic! They took care of us every step of the way! They will and can organise your transfers and tours for you. They make you feel like you're family! The accommodation is at a perfect location, right smack in the centre and you can see the hot air balloons pass by early in the morning. The breakfast was generous and tasty. We’ve loved our stay so much and will be back next year!

    We really enjoyed our three nights here. The rooms were great and the location (at the end of red valley) perfect. But the best thing about this hotel is the lovely staff. They went above and beyond to make our stay great, for example arranging for our own trip to Ilhara Valley and Selime cathedral and Dernkuyu underground city. Which, by the way, was a highlight of out time there. Also, FYI, on the final morning the balloons really did come over our valley, like in the pictures. It was magical.

    Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Location is good. Owner Yasar and his Staff Ahmed are very helpful. Yasar ensured that inspite of our delayed arrival, they managed to arrange for the horse riding tour through there contacts. They made our stay a memorable one.A very good fine dining restaurant "Cappa Gusto" is just in front of the hotel.
