Amazing new property, very close to the beach. The rooms are very well equipped and clean. The breakfast is varied and delicious. The swimming is very big and nice. I would definitely go back there. Big thanks to the whole team

Very friendly staff, all English speakers. The Wi-Fi signal was very good, also no problems with water and electricity. The house cat and dog are lovely. Max and Elena are very nice hosts, providing us all necessary information for our stay. The breakfast is very good and they also make very nice cocktails.

It was remote but I liked that and it only has 17 rooms so a very quiet place. Exactly what I was looking for. Adults only and a spa on site. But the best feature was the staff. Excellent attention from the staff.

Amazing stay. Highly recommend! Cannot fault this hotel. Staff went above and beyond to make stay comfortable and enjoyable. The attention to detail and customer service was exceptional. Would definitely stay here again! Food was delicious, ammenities were in great condition and the live music was a bonus!

Exact a Bali and Mykanos style hotel 🤍🤍 I’ve never seen such a beautifully decorated hotel like this in africa. And service was great. Soo close distance to the best beach of zanzibar.. Moreover, Breakfast and dinner was so delicious and regional. Love you guys see you next year again 🙏🏽🙏🏽🏖️

Excellent location , very clean , well equipped and furnished

First off, I want to thank Jessica for her communication and kindness during our stay. She was very helpful! Secondly, I appreciate the property manager for answering the phone for us when we were trying to find the location when we first got here. I was frustrated and he assured that he would come get us from wherever we were to make sure we made it to the property ok. The room was very clean and lovely. We stayed in the beach front villa. It was beautiful night and day. As an American (because you know we love our A/C), I was very happy about the cold A/C they had in the room. It was never hot and this was appreciated as Zanzibar is hot and humid. We had a hiccup in regards to the breakfast in the room/at the pool. I originally planned to have it on a specific day but it did not show up on that day. I spoke with the staff and they served it to us the next morning. We also had a late check out and i was very thankful they let us stay in the room past check out time. We were able to enjoy our in-room breakfast because of this and did not feel rushed at all. Shower great. Bed great. Very spacious room. The amenities in the room were also nice. I read online somewhere that the hotels typically try to keep the beach locals away from the property to the best of their ability. I will say, be prepared to constantly be sold to when trying to relax on the property. All day long , there was constantly “beach boys” trying to sell you stuff. I appreciate the security guard on the beach keeping the other tourist away from our beach swings. So many of them walked up and he kindly asked them to leave. This was nice because I feel like there would have been a line had he not been there to do this. It made us feel special. They arranged an airport drop off for us and got us on our way in time.

The owner was very kind and helping in case of request. There was a generator in case of power cut. Very clean and well equiped hotel. I highly recommend
