Stable internet even at 11st floor. Very clean room, daily cleaning, spotless bed linen, the room all dry, no smells no mold. 2 free water bottle per day. I have tried before other hotels in Da Nang, this one I have even extended my stay with 1+ more week ! My room had a sea view, I highly recommend it, it's spectacular. Superb location, just across Malibu CLB and public beach. In December the swimming current cordon is in front of hotel so no need to walk for km to be able to go in water. Lovely, smiling staff and a plentiful and very varied breakfast and to be able to say that after staying 14 days i think it says a lot. They have a fresh Pho buffet, eggs - bar with the most kind and professional lady-chef running the breakfast action. Freshly squeezed guava and other fruits juice, lots of main dishes. I believe for such a great front beach location, price, breakfast quality and overall staff engagements , you could hardly find a better place. I will definitely return.

It exceeded my expectations! The room was very cheap but was one of the cleanest and most modern rooms I stayed in in the entire Vietnam. I would really recommend this for backpackers that just want to have their own room for a day to relax.

Our stay at Sanouva Da Nang Hotel was absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive. They always greeted us with warm smiles and were quick to help with anything we needed — from arranging taxis to recommending local restaurants and attractions. The room was modern, spotless, and very comfortable, with a cozy bed, strong air conditioning, and a beautiful city or river view (depending on the room). Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything clean and tidy throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the daily afternoon tea — a thoughtful touch that made our afternoons extra special. The selection of snacks, cakes, and tea was delicious and beautifully presented. It was the perfect way to relax after exploring the city. The hotel’s location is excellent — just a short walk from the Han Market, Dragon Bridge, and plenty of cafes and local eateries. The spa and gym facilities were clean and relaxing, and the breakfast buffet had a nice mix of local and Western options with fresh fruit and good coffee. Overall, Sanouva Da Nang exceeded our expectations in every way. It combines great service, comfort, and value in a central location. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Da Nang — whether for business, leisure, or a romantic getaway.

I found the hotel to be quite well-equipped. The room had tea, coffee, a kitchen, and even a microwave, which was great. The room was also very nice.

The staff were very open and friendly to talk to, in addition to being very hospitable. There’s a market, a hypermarket, and many local spots within walking distance. The room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, kitchen, and fridge, which is very convenient for longer stays.

Friendly staff, hotel was fresh, view to the ocean for some rooms. In the room the mobile network with Viettel was strong, at 120 Mbps, latency 40 Ms. My room 807, floor 8 had a good wifi, usually over 120 Mbps, latency 4 Ms, if near the door at the workdesk. The router/extender is in the hallway and there's two. It's a good wifi but connecting with your own network cable is not possible. The room is furthest away from the extender, perhaps the other rooms would have even higher speeds, measures right below the extender I think it was around 200-300 Mbps. Floor 4 and 6 experienced some wifi issues, I think it can be resolved since the speeds are great. The best would be to have a router inside each room with possibility to connect with a network cable, the best of worlds. Overall a worked 3 weeks each day with 5 hour video conferencing and it worked out fine. Small gym with a Smith machine up to 25kg on each side + an adjustable dumbbell from 2 to 24kg.

Close to the beach and there are plenty of shops nearby.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the staff were helpful helping me with my visa issues. Everything was well organized and made my stay very pleasant. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again.

A beautiful hotel in a great location, close to the beach but very peaceful. We especially loved the pool and the very extensive breakfast options. There are lots of nice cafes nearby and a really lovely restaurant (NU ĐỒ) just next door. We would definitely stay here again on another trip to Da Nang.
