We weren't able to meet our hosts but they kept in contact the whole process of check in and we were able to find our room very well. The luggage storage was convenient and the location is super nice. It's near some mini markets and grocery stores and is walking distance from the Interlaken West station. The views were fantastic and I would stay here again during our next visit to Interlaken!

Property is nice if you are looking for a more quiet area that is still very accessible to spots like Lauterbrunnen and Grindelwald. We enjoyed our stay and everything was comfortable. Host was great and responded quickly.

We were lucky to book in the first week it opened. Everything was new, clean and fresh! The apartment was filled with almost everything you need in addition to extra unexpected items such as kitchen appliances and cooking tools, coffee machine, modern wireless heaters, modern TVs, WiFi and most impressively was the Smart Electronic Toilet Seat which was a big Plus! Thanks to Christian and Carina for their exceptional hospitality, friendliness and attention to all these details in the well constructed apartment! I wish them good luck in keeping the place well maintained in the future!

    Absolutely perfect mountain chalet getaway! Cozy, well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The breathtaking views of the lake and mountains make it truly spectacular, especially with the magical touch of April snowfall. Communication with the owners was seamless. Highly recommended!

    Marianne is too sweet and kind, she is waiting for us to hand over the key and she is super responsive in case we have any question. It is an old but good enough chalet room, with perfect nature view and balcony, we sit at balcony every evening to enjoy dinner or drink. Although it is a fit far away from the center or tourist place, you can get a guest card for free transport (bus) to Interlaken west.
