there are an amazing people very very very friendly, helpful, and polite. these are two gentle men and one lady. they are always in the reception disk. The view is breathtaking and can not be described by writing, you have to experience that by your own. It was an easy check-in and the staff at Dorint were courteous. They did, however, made sure that if we had any complaints about the apartment, we have to contact the owner. We could have enjoyed their swimming pool and sauna but our active schedule did not allow it. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had ingredients we found very useful for food preparations.

Breakfast offered everything I needed to start the day, simple yet very much satisfying with the right options. But the true gem was dinner: if you want to experience the best salmon in town, it’s right here on the menu. What I appreciated the most was the atmosphere of the Hotel. It has everything one needs to truly relax, unwind, and embrace peacefulness. Yet, it remains so well-connected—the bus stop is directly in front of the hotel, making Interlaken West only about 20 minutes away. The ride itself feels like part of the experience, with breathtaking views unfolding along the way. This place truly feels like a home away from home, and I can honestly say it will be my go-to stay in Switzerland every year I return.

Our duplex apartment was clean and the furniture was in great condition. The staff went out of their way and deserve a big compliment! The breakfast had one of the most extensive buffets I have ever seen and the quality of the food was good too. Free parking is rare in Switzerland was was very much appreciated. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel.

. Perfect location to see AIGER, JUNGFRAU, lake of THUN in your balcony or room through window . Very kind host, VLAD . Nearly fully equipped kitchen with strong cooktop, microwave,, kitchenware's . Larger room space than expected for three people and free parking from 7pm to 9am near hotel . Fantastic 15min driving from Interlaken to hotel . Mostly better than expected

The receptionists were amazing and helpful. The staff in the restaurant were lovely. The breakfast was good. Free parking outside the hotel or in the garage near to the rooms. Even though I didn't go to the facilities but I can see and say they have variety of activities in the hotel. Family friendly.
