We absolutely loved our stay in the jungle, completely secluded from society. The tranquility and natural beauty of the surroundings were incredible. Waking up to the stunning view of Mount Batur was a highlight of our experience. It was the perfect escape for relaxation and connecting with nature. We couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful and rejuvenating retreat! Thank you for the Phone charger as we had different connections .

The property looks even better in person, which is rare. The landscaping is beautiful. The bed in my cottage was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The mattress was extremely nice. Lots of pillows too. And very vibey- warm lighting! We ended up extending two extra nights because of the comfortable bed. The power went out for about an hour every day from the wind, yes. But it isn’t their fault. You’re out in nature on top of a mountain. It always came back quickly. The pool is a nice temperature for swimming when the sun is out. It’s not a heated pool. And there are nice lounge chairs. The owners are super friendly and helpful. I see some reviews about the last hill leading to the property being scary and no driver would attempt it. This made me nervous. But actually, if you’re an experienced motorbiker, it’s no problem, really. I recommend arriving in daylight though. I didn’t, and it was a very dark drive. If you are arriving from the south, I do not recommend taking Jalan Culali with an automatic motorbike and two people + luggage. You can find the road by searching “The Kuyuan.” It is very steep (with gears, it’s okay). Try the road southeast of that, closer to the lake (Danau Batur).

Everything. Super clean beds, room and toilet. Adi was so generous, free coffee and tea all the time, so helpful with planning Batur hike. Would come again, so recommended!! Just in front of the entry was the best Bakso mie ayam- ate there 6 times!

we spent one night at this amazing place and absolutely loved it! zhe room was perfect, so we spontaneously decided to extend our stay. a big shoutout to Alek and Liko - they drove us everywhere: food spots, temples, and hot springs. the whole family was incredibly warm and welcoming. it was fun to play cards with their kids. we felt like part of their family right away and it was sad to say goodbye. They took such good care of us, and the food was delicious. One of the most special moments was being invited to learn more about their religion and joining them for a temple visit. It was truly meaningful to us! the place itself is lovely, with nice rooms and a peaceful vibe! We will 100% come back!

    This accommodation offers a unique view of Mount Batur and surroundings with the extra of the luxury elements like the net and the bath. Due to its remote location a few things to eat were included although we didn't know until we got to the cabin, it would have been great if they had advised it before hand.

    A lovely wooden cabin nestled on a hill of Kintamani. The view was breathtaking! We love the outdoor shower and are really happy that it has 2 bedrooms to accommodate our family. The projector, vinyl record player and artist easel with art supplies were a great touch! Putu took really great care of us during our stay. He assisted us with our questions and requests, and got our excursions settled. Thank you!
