CanadaLo chalet di Giulia is very well situated in Bologna’ centre. It is a walking distance to many attractions and the University of Bologna. Other ites are easily accessible by bus. It is about 25 min or so by foot from the train station, which can also be reached easily by buses that pass by every 10 min or so. It is great for day trips to Florence and Venice, for example. It is a very nice and safe residential area and you get the authentic feeling of what it is like to live there. The location allows quiet time to rest but there are lots of cafes and little restaurants and life is buzzing nearby. There is AC, which is a must in Bologna’s hot weather.
Nicolo, our host was very helpful and he kindly volunteered to order taxis for us to the airport. He answers questions quickly and is willing to help throughout the stay.
